Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for accepting his charge, STAR STYLE (Irvan Singh), to run in the above Race when the Owner was under BTF ban; Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn. 

As Jockey S Manohar, the declared rider of WIND STRIKER, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to substitute Jockey M Madhu Babu to ride WIND STRIKER in place of Jockey S Manohar, the declared rider. 

FROSTED (Nirmal Jodha) walked out of the Gates, reared up and thereafter, ran detached from the field; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. 

MERCURY (P P Dhebe) accidentally brushed the Railings, passing the 400 Metres. 

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of POINT, reported that his mount was 'hanging in' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

ONLY HOPE (C A Brisson) was observed to be hanging 'out' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed old ulcer on right oral commissure. It was also reported to have sustained bleeding cut inside right hind hock; Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again. 

Jockey M Madhu Babu, the rider of WIND STRIKER, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

It was reported after the Race that AKIMBO (M Prabhakaran) pulled up lame on right fore; Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
