Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw MONTE GRECO (N B Kuldeep) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be dull, anorectic and dehydrated; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to substitute Jockey S R Santosh Kumar to ride ADMIRAL ACT in place of Jockey S Manohar, the declared rider. 

RARE AND BOLD (M J Gautam Raj Urs) knuckled at the start.

Jockey Nazar Alam, the rider of VALKYRIE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to FESTIVE STAR (Nikhil Naidu) on his inside, whereby, the latter horse went onto SALUTE (R Shelar), which, in turn, went onto ADMIRAL ACT (S R Santosh Kumar), before passing the Red Marker Post.

Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of BEAT THE ODDS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in', thereby, causing interference to RARE AND BOLD (M J Gautam Raj Urs), on his inside, whereby, the latter horse went onto BRAVE ADMIRAL (M Rajesh Kumar), which, in turn, went onto FESTIVE STAR (Nikhil Naidu), passing the 1100 Metres. 

Jockey Nazar Alam, the rider of VALKYRIE, reported that passing the 350 Metres,  he got momentarily unbalanced from his saddle whereby, he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. As the incident was accidental, no action was taken besides noting the same.

Jockey R Shelar, the rider of SALUTE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to WARLOCK (S Shiva Kumar) on his inside, passing the 250 Metres. 

FESTIVE STAR (Nikhil Naidu) ran detached from the field after entering the straight; Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 

WARLOCK (S Shiva Kumar) sustained cut injury inside right hind hock.

SALUTE (R Shelar) sustained bleeding cut on left hind outer cannon. 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch f BEAT THE ODDS.
