NOBLE SPLENDOR (Nazerul Alam) was not co-operative for being loaded into the float for travel to Mysuru. Under the circumstances permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to withdraw his charge from the above Race. 

As Jockey Mohd. Asif Khan, the declared rider of ROMANTIC HAVEN, was certified medically unift to ride in the above Race and as no suitable rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu [deputising on behalf of Trainer Mr. Samar Singh] to withdraw his charge ROMANTIC HAVEN, from the above Race. 

SARDINIA (M Rajesh Kumar) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Order;
 
SHAKTIMAN (Chethan Gowda) jumped out awkwardly outwards at the start.

ASH WINDER (N Tauseef Ahmed) swerved to the left soon after the start and thereafter, did not take part in the Race. However, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.  

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ALEEF, was fined Rs.3,000/- for excessive use of whip, on his mount, in the above Race (1st Infringement).

Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of SHAKTIMAN, reported that the saddle on his mount shifted back at the Start. After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in a serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. M Rajendra Singh was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

The Club's Veterinary officer reported after the last Race that b g ASH WINDER (N Tauseef Ahmed) was examined and the condition of the right fore hoof was very bad and the Shoe was also loose. The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. G T Surender and sought an explanation as to why he had run his charge b g ASH WINDER (N Tauseef Ahmed), in such a condition. Not being satisfied with his explanation, he was fined Rs. 10,000/- for his negligence. He was further advised that he should desist from running his charges in such condition in future and that a repetition of the same would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
