STAR HOLDIAY (Chethan Gowda) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Order; Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

EUDORA (Irvan Singh) jumped awkwardly `inwards' at the start, thereby,  inconveniencing TASHKENT (A Imran Khan) on its inside at the start.

Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of TASHKENT, was questioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi, as to his riding on his mount, in the above Race. The Jockey Stated as follows; a) His instructions were to sit second or third and to come out in the Staight and to do his best; b) In the above Race, as the pace was slow he had to go to the front, but he was chased by PIKACHU (V R Jagdeesh), who was neither going in front nor sitting in second position; c) Approaching the bend he thought that his mount was not alright in the hind and after entering the straight when he asked for an effort, it did not respond to his urgings, despite his best efforts; The Trainer also confirmed that Jockey A Imran Khan had infact told him that his charge was not alright in the hind and that when asked for an effort, it did not quicken. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to ensure better performance in future and to run it judiciously. Jockey A Imran Khan was informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi, to be more judicious while riding out his mounts in future. 

An enquiry is being held into the circumstances under which b g STAR HOLIDAY (Chethan Gowda) and b g EVEN MONEY (H M Akshay), both trained by Mr. J Sharavanan, were withdrawn from the above Race.
