Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to withdraw LORD COMMANDER (Arshad Alam) on veterinary grounds, as it was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to hoof abscess; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

It was observed that Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of D ROSS, shifted in very sharply, before the Red Marker Post, thereby causing severe interference to DARE THE DON (Chotu Jaiswar) and KINGOFTHEJUNGLE (C Umesh), which went onto ROYAL TITLE (P P Dhebe) and ROYAL COMMAND (R Shiva Kumar) as a result of which, the latter went onto WIND POWER (H M Akshay), whose rider lost his left stirrup, passing the 1100 Metres. A further enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Chethan Gowda, on his mount D ROSS, in the above Race. 

Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of WIND POWER, reported that as he had lost his left stirrup, passing the 1100 Metres, he could not offer proper assistance to his mount and as such, his mount shifted out, thereby taking out INDIAN DREAMS (Shiva Kumar), on its outside, rounding the final bend.

Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of ROYAL TITLE, reported that his mount was running very erratic under the use of whip. The rider also reported that he lost his whip between the 400 Metres and the 200 Metres.

Jockey N B Kuldeep, the rider of COUNTRY'S FAME, reported that he could not get a clear run, due to crowding of the field and as such he could not ride out his mount, in last 200 Metres of the Race.

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of MARCH TO VICTORY reported that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

It was reported after the Race that BERLIN (H Rahul) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Eshwer M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

D ROSS (Chethan Gowda) was impounded for veterinary examination. The examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars. Hence Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [1st Infringement].
