As Jockey Mukesh Kumar, the declared rider of D BROTHER, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey Shamaz Shareef, to ride his charge D BROTHER, in the above Race.

THE MAKEUP ARTIST (Akshay Kumar) refused to raise a fluent gallop soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates and thereafter swerved to the right, thereby losing many lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav (deputising on behalf of Trainer Mr. Rakesh), was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. 

Jockey R Shelar, the rider of I CAN, reported that his mount was running green, throughout the Race.

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of LADYBLUE, reported that his mount was inclined to drift out between the 1000 Metres and the 500 Metres despite his efforts to keep it on a proper course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars with injuries inside cheek. Hence Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [1st Infringement].

Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of BREAKING NEWS, reported that his mount started to drift out, in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported.

It was reported after the Race that DEIMUS (V R Jagdeesh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.  

THE MAKEUP ARTIST (Akshay Kumar) was impounded for veterinary examination after the above Race and was reported to be trotting sound. It was also endoscoped and no abnormality was reported.
