Trainer, Bobby M was fined Rs.2,000/- for parading his charge STANDOUT (Chotu Jaiswar) in the paddock without sporting Cross Nose Band, for the use of which prior permission was obtained. Subsequently, Cross Nose Band was put on the horse, before the horse left the paddock.
