Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S M Johnson to withdraw PAVAN PUTRA (J Paswan) on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from colic; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey Nazerul Alam, the declared rider of SHIVALIK MESMERISE, could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagement for the day, due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh, to substitute Jockey Rahil Akhtar, to ride his charge SHIVALIK MESMERISE, in the above Race.

Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of INFINITEPOSIBILITY was fined Rs.2,000/- for cutting across the field, soon after the start, before passing the Red Marker Post.

Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora, the rider of TRACER BULLET was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in', thereby, causing interference to SHIVALIK BULLET (Md. Imran Ashraf), which, in turn, went onto JUNGLE STREAM (H Rahul) passing 1000 Metres.

It was observed that the saddle of INFINITEPOSIBILITY (T S Jodha) shifted back rounding the bend.  After due examination of the equipment which was in serviceable condition, no action was taken besides noting the incident.

It was observed that TRACER BULLET (Dhanu Singh Deora) was hanging `in' passing the 400 metres. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b f INFINITEPOSIBILITY.
