Jockey J Paswan, the rider of GRAND TENTON reported that he accidentally lost his  whip, passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey H M Akshay was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards for his riding on his mount GOLD FIELD, trained by Mr. G T Surender, in the above Race. After due enquiry, not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey H M Akshay, he was fined Rs. 3,000/- for not making sufficient effort to ride out his mount, in the Straight. He was cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. G T Surender, that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. Trainer Mr. G T Surender was cautioned to be more judicious as to the running of his charges, in future.

The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi as to the improved performance of his charge STAR OF THEA, ridden by Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 14 of the Mysore Winter Races 2021-22, i.e., The Star of Mysore Trophy (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 60 and above, run on Second Day, Wednesday, 3rd November, 2021, when ridden by Jockey Shiva Kumar, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) His charge was a very unreliable type and that every time this horse had run, he had not fancied its chances; b) He had beaten GRAND TENTON and LORD COMMANDER, in its previous run this season and the only horse he had to beat, in his opinion, was GOLD FIELD; c) His charge had won in a Race over 7 furlongs, and here in a race over 6 furlongs and with such poor company, he just about won the Race, thus proving his unreliability. His explanations were noted for future reference.
