GOOD OPINION (Sarvan Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start.  In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of CARNIVAL EXPRESS was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post.

It was observed after the race that  COASTAL CRUISE (Md. Imran Ashraf), burst its blood vessels.  Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

It was observed after the race that  D KARNA (Nazar Alam), burst its blood vessels.  Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu and Jockey K Sai Kiran were questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the running and riding of b g RISING SUN, in the above Race. After due enquiry, not being satisfied by the explanation tendered by Jockey K Sai Kiran, the Stipendiary Stewards decided to a) Fine him Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position at the initial stages of the Race and for travelling wide, rounding the bend, for no apparent reason; b) Caution him in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action and; c) Caution Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to be more judicious in the future running of his charges.

Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi and Jockey Shiva Kumar were questioned as to the running and riding of dk b g INTREPID WARRIOR, in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) His charge does not have any initial speed and as such he had instructed his rider to take a good jump and sit in 7th or 8th position and to ride out in the Straight; b) His rider rode as instructed and in the straight, there was a wall of horses in front of his charge;  c) When his rider asked for an effort, the horse did not respond and fizzled out in the Straight; Jockey Shiva Kumar, while corroborating the statement of Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi, he rode as per his Trainer's instructions and kept his mount in 7th or 8th position and when he entered the straight, he could not get a clear run, due to a wall of horses in front of him and thereafter ,when he urged his mount with the use of the whip, it fizzled out. While noting the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi for future reference, the Stipendiary Stewards cautioned Jockey Shiva Kumar to make every possible effort to improve his riding, in future.
       
An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Nazar Alam on his mount D KARNA, trained by Mr. C D Monnappa, in the above Race.
