Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SEVENTH STAR (M J GautamRajUrs); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Jockey M Abhilash, the rider of DIVA IN GOLD, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' passing the 700 metres and as such, shifted out and inconvenienced RAIN CLOUD (H M Akshay), on his outside, due to which the rider of the latter had to check his mount. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

It was observed that FROSTED (Vishal N Bunde) was running a bit erratic, in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
