Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to declare Jockey M Naveen  to ride COORG REGIMENT, in the above Race. 
 
Jockey R Ajay Kumar, the rider of D GOLD, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, approaching the 200 Metres. 

Jockey R Ajay Kumar, the rider of D GOLD, placed Second by the Judge, lodged objection against Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of GARRISON, placed First by the Judge, for “as I entered the final 300 Metres, he came on to me, boring again and again, in the last 100 Metres, he came on to me, bumped me, where I have to stop my riding, due to which I lost a certain Race”; The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys R Ajay Kumar and M Prabhakaran; After deliberations, and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to uphold the objection and revised the order of placing as under: 

            D GOLD                 I
            GARRISON                 II
            CAVAROZZI             III
            ABERLOUR                 IV 
            D HUNTER                 V 

Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of GARRISON, was fined Rs.3,000/-  for shifting 'out' sharply and causing interference to D GOLD (R Ajay Kumar), on his outside, in the last 50 metres of the Race. 

GARRISON (M Prabhakaran) was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed fresh cut injury inside right oral commissure; Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

D GOLD (R Ajay Kumar) was impounded for veterinary examination, but, it was reported that due to the extremely fractious behaviour of the horse, the examination of the mouth could not be undertaken/done.

COORG REGIMENT (M Naveen) sustained clipped injury inside left hind fetlock.
