RAUCH (Shrikant Kamble) did not raise a fluent gallop after jumping out of the Starting Gates, swerved left towards the outer sand track passing 1300 metres and did not take any part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Srinivas Babu G was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Races on Race Day on the race track.

D WARRIOR (V R Jagdeesh) jumped awkwardly ìnwards and inconvenienced VIJAYA SARATHI (B Harish) on its inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

PERFECT LEGACY (Ajeet Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DUMAS (K Sai Kiran) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey, Ajeet Kumar, the rider of PERFECT LEGACY was fined Rs.2,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position between the 900 metres and the 500 metres, for no apparent reason.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of D WARRIOR reported that his mount was hanging in after entering into the straight,  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

VIAJYA SARATHI (B Harish) ran detached from the field, in the straight. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better perfomance of his charge in future. 

It was reported after the race that PILGRIM (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Prathap Kamath M  was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu and Jockey K Sai Kiran were questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards regarding the poor performance of DUMAS,  in the above race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) Prior to this run, his charge had only run at Mumbai a year ago; b) He had fancied his charge in the above Race as it was showing good improvement and speed in track but was very disappointed with this run; Jockey K Sai Kiran, when questioned, stated that despite his best efforts to ride out his mount, it was lethargic after jumping out and was trying to run out throught the race, despite his best efforts to try and keep it on an even course and thereafter, after rounding the final bend and entering the Straight, when asked for an effort, his mount had nothing left in it and it ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and endoscoped and reported by the Club's Veterinary Officer that it had suffered from Grade IV EIPH. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again and also ensure better perfomance of his charge in future.
