Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S M Johnson to withdraw UNIMAGINABLE (Mohammed Mushraf) on veterinary grounds from the above Race as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to severe fetlock joint sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer, Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge KING’S COMMAND (1st Infringement).

HAYDEN (R Shiva Kumar) swerved to the left soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates and lost few lengths. Jockey Ramandeep S Bal, the rider of SHIMMERS reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have suffered from heat stroke.

Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of RAJVEER, reported that he accidentally lost his whip approaching the 300 Metres.

HAYDEN (R Shiva Kumar) sustained gum injury.
