Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to withdraw COUNTRY’S FLASH (Vivek G) on veterinary grounds as it had sustained injury and inflammation on right hind fetlock and pastern; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of FLYING FALCON, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to LUCKY ONE (Janardhan Paswan) on his outside as a result the latter had to further shift out thereby inconveniencing the horses on its outside viz. MISS CHINA (P S Kaviraj), NEWS MAKER (R Shiva Kumar) and CHARLIE HEBDO (P Ajeeth Kumar) soon after jumping out of the starting gates. 
 
OMERTA (Sameer Qureshi) jumped out awkwardly as a result the rider got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount soon after start and thereafter, the horse finished the race riderless.  

Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of NEWS MAKER, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and taking out SWISS BAY (K Sai Kiran) on his outside, between the 400 Metres and 350 Metres.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of LUCKY ONE, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. C D Monappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
