Trainer Bobby M was fined Rs.2,000/- for parading his charge DOMITIA in the paddock, without sporting the equipment, VISOR, for which prior permission had already been obtained. Subsequently, VISOR was put on the horse before it left the paddock. 

EWANDOR (Akash Agarwal) broke out of the Stalls and bolted out of the Starting Gates whereby the rider got injured. Under the circumstances it was permitted to withdrawn before coming under starter’s order. 

HAYDEN (S Imran) was extremely fractious inside the Starting Stalls whereby the rider got injured. Under the circumstances it was permitted to withdrawn before coming under starter’s order.   

Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of SWISS TIGRESS, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. 

Jockey (N B Kuldeep), the rider of DOMITIA reported that is mount ran detached from the field and thereafter, completely stopped galloping in last 300 Metres of the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 

NICHE CANNABIS (Nazar Alam) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Ramesh S was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 

KING’S COMMAND (A M Alam) was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported.

Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge, WHITE RIVER (M Madhu Babu), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 8, i.e., The Red Satin Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over, run on 2nd Day, Wednesday, 25th May, 2022, when ridden by the same Jockey, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) He had asked him to sit 4th, 5th, to gradually improve him and coming into the Straight, to do his best; b) He had expected his charge to run a better Race as compared to its previous Race, where his charge ran unplaced; c) He expected his charge to run on board, but he did not expect to win the above Race; d) In its previous Race, which was run over 6 furlongs, his charge had lost to KINGS COMMAND and finished behind it by over 5 lengths as he thought that the distance suited the latter horse better and today, in this race, which was run over 7 furlongs, suited his charge better and it came out and won the Race; e) According to him, his charge had come on since its first run as seen in its track work, and hence came out and won the above Race. His explanations were noted.
