Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Eshwer M to withdraw SPARKLES (Kirtish Bhagat) on compassionate grounds.

KIMETTO (B Harish) was extremely fractious in the gates whereby the rider got unbalanced and came off the saddle and the horse jumped out and ran rider-less. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. 

There were two objections in the above race. The first objection was lodged by Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of FLAMINGO DANCER, placed Third by the Judge against Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of INFINITEPOSIBILITY placed First by the Judge for, “Cutting across me at 300 and again bumping and boring at 200, again coming in at 100 which cost me a certain winner”.
 
The second objection was lodged by Jockey J H Arul, the rider of FLYING FALCON, placed Second by the Judge, against Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of INFINITEPOSIBILITY placed First by the Judge for, “Passing the 300 the winner came in whereby I had to check my mount which cost me a certain race”.

The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockeys A Imran Khan, J H Arul and P Kiran Rai; After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to uphold both the objections lodged by Jockey A Imran Khan and Jockey J H Arul, the riders of FLAMINGO DANCER and FLYING FALCON respectively, against Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of INFINITEPOSIBILITY. The Stewards further decided to disqualify INFINITEPOSIBILITY (P Kiran Rai) from the above Race and revised the order of placing as under:
