ROYAL TITLE (Nazar Alam) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

CALIFOIRNIA GOLD (Salman Khan) veered left after jumping out and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey Vijay Kumar, the rider of CHEROKEE MOON was fined Rs.2,000/- for allowing his mount to drift out under the use of the whip thereby taking out MY ONE AND ONLY (J Paswan) between the 400 Metres and 250 Metres.

Jockey B Harish, the rider of UNIMAGINABLE reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 200 Metres. 

The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. Vinesh V Naik and Jockey J Paswan as to the running and riding of MY ONE AND ONLY, in the above race. After due enquiry and after repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race the Stipendiary Stewards decided to a) Fine Jockey J Paswan Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position throughout the Race and for not infusing sufficient vigour in riding out his mount, in the closing stages of the Race; and b) Fine Trainer Mr. Vinesh V Naik Rs. 5,000/- for the unsatisfactory running of his charge, MY ONE AND ONLY and for the unsatisfactory explanation tendered by him during the enquiry. Both the Trainer and the Jockey were cautioned that a repetition of a similar manner of running and riding in future would entail them being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
