SHIVALIK DHANUSH (B Darshan Anthony) reared up as the gates opened, jumped out awkwardly and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. 

Jockey C Umesh, the rider of SHIVALIK EMPEROR, reported that his saddle shifted back after rounding the final bend and as such he had considerable difficulty in riding out his mount, thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

An enquiry is being held into the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant vastly improved performance of VIJAYA MIRACLE trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu and ridden by Jockey Salman Khan in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.14 of the Mysore (Monsoon) Races, 2022, i.e., The Sivakashi Plate, (About) 1100 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25 run on Friday, 2nd September, 2022, when ridden by Jockey B Harish it ran unplaced.
