Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to withdraw D JANI on veterinary grounds, as it suffered from EIPH during Morning Track work. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney to withdraw DOUGLAS (Akshay Kumar) on veterinary grounds, as it was lame on left hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

IMPERIUS (K Sai Kiran) dropped the rider and bolted on its way to starting gates. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn, before coming under the Starter’s Orders. 

Jockey B Darshan Anthony, the rider of ACHOOK, reported that his saddle on his mount shifted back soon after the start, whereby, he could not offer proper assistance to his mount thereafter; After due examination of the equipment after the Race, which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.
