Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Bobby to withdraw THINK N FLY (Hasib Alam) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ROYAL COMMAND (P Kiran Rai) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of THE KING N I was fined a total sum of Rs.5,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to EMERALDO (V R Jagdeesh) on his outside which in turn passed it onto ROYAL COMMAND (P Kiran Rai) passing the 800 Metres and again, for shifting `in’ and causing interference to ALTAIR (Vivek G) on his inside along the rails in the final 100 Metres of the Race.

ABLE ONE (B L Paswan) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
