As Jockey Afsar Khan, the declared rider of JANNAT, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to substitute Jockey A Ayaz Khan to ride JANNAT in place of the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Inayathulla S to substitute Jockey Vinod Shinde to ride MEGA SUCCESS in place of Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Ms. Parvati Byramji (deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji) to substitute Jockey P Trevor to ride ANCIENT HISTORY in place of Jockey Akshay Kumar, the declared rider.
