Racing Incidents

ROYAL DEFENCE (A.Imran Khan) was observed to be handled tenderly throughout the race .On questioning Jockey A.Imran Khan stated that the horse required a longer distance and had disliked the fast initial pace and as he had whipped around in his last start at about the 200meters he had only guided the horse along. Jockey’s explanation noted.

Jockey Zulquar Nain the rider of ICE SKATES who was questioned regarding the riding of his mount stated that his instructions were to hit the front or settle his mount second or third which he had been unable to follow inspite of his best efforts. The jockey further stated that towards the end his mount had tired and stopped .Jockeys explanation was noted.
