Racing Incidents

Trainer N. Rupa was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- for improved and comparitive performance of her charge MAJESTIC CHARMER (B.R.Kumar) the winner as compared to Race no.2 and Race no.20, where it ran unplaced thus resulting in reversal of form in a short period of time.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.M.M.Uthaiah to deputise on behalf of Trainer Mr.Fahad Khan for OBERON (P.Koushik) at both Trainer''s risk and liability.

Jockey Shahzad Alam, the rider of FIAT JUSTITIA was fined a sum of Rs.2,000/- for shifting out soon after the start causing interference to CARNOUSTIE (Surya Prakash), STAR GLITTER (Azad Alam) , SENORA BIANCA (M Bhaskar) and MAJESTIC CHARMER (B.R.Kumar). Further Jockey Shahzad Alam, the rider of FIAT JUSTITIA was severely cautioned for maintaining a wide course entering the final straight and thereafter travelling on the outer sand track.

LORD OF THE TURF (Shahar Babu) trailed the field for major part of the race. Trainer Mr. R.Foley was informed to ensure his charge was capable of running with the field before next accepting with it.

Indrajeet Kumar, the rider of BOSSINOVA was severely cautioned for drifting wide out while negotiating the ATC bend for no apparent reason, further BOSSINOVA (Indrajeet Kumar) dropped back entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Fazal-Ul-Rehman was informed to ensure his charge was capable of running with the field before next accepting with it.
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner MAJESTIC CHARMER (B.R.Kumar).
