BLACKSTONE FANCIED FOR INDIAN GOLD VASE

The seven-furlong sprint for The Indian Gold Vase with six runners in the fray looks a pretty open affair. The one that appeals the most is Patrick Quinn-trained Blackstone with P Trevor astride. It is a bit of a tricky card in the final quarter of the season and an upset or two cannot be ruled. The other interesting aspect of the afternoon is the three-way contest foy the jockeys’ championship involving Vaibhav. Suraj Narredu and Imran Chisty. All three have promising mounts.
