App. Afroz Khan (DANCE ALL NIGHT) was cautioned for shifting out soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on his outside resulting in LOCH STELLA (App. C.P. Bopanna) losing ground.
 
Explanation of App. R.S. Jodha (HOLY HEALER) that his mount veered out soon after the start and lost about a length, as such he could not position his mount well up with the field as instructed was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.
 
HOLY HEALER (App. R S Jodha) whipped around after passing the winning post due to which the App. got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount. The App. who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt.

NATASHA (C. Umesh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths, subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly sustained cut injury over left fore. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.
 
App. Surya Prakash (TIGER OF THE SEA) was severely reprimanded to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.
 
App. Afroz Khan (MAGIC STREET) was cautioned for changing course on more than one occasion in the straight in the process causing inconvenience to YOUR GRACE (A.A. Vikrant).
 
LATEST NEWS (Rafique Sk) returned bleeding from both the nostrils. Trainer D. Netto was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

HEALTHANDHAPPINESS (Deep Shanker) was observed to be walking lame on left fore due to foot infection, as such the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. Trainer Laxman Singh was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.
 
The left fore shoe of FRANCIS BACON (Neeraj Rawal) got loose at the Starting gates, the gelding was re-shoed at the starting gates, as such the race got delayed.  Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was cautioned to be more careful in future failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
 
BRITISH EMPRESS (Akshay Kumar) veered out soon after the start. Trainer R.H. Sequeira was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Jockey R N Darshan (ARTISTRYY) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 300 mtrs whilst travelling on the rails for no apparent reason.
 
ACE MISILE (App. R. Ajinkya) and TURF CHOICE (Ajit Singh) trailed the field throughout the race. Respective Trainers N. Ravinder Singh and L.D' Silva were advised for a better performance in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey Neeraj Rawal (FRANCIS BACON) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the gelding did not raise a winning gallop from about 200 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh while conforming the above opined that the gelding has ran to its potential was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities and gelding was trotting sound.

DANCING DOLL (Praveen Gaddam) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Jockey Praveen Gaddam (DANCING DOLL) was cautioned for tender handling of his mount in the initial stages of the race.
 
Jockey Nakhat Singh (SPORTING SMILE) was fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting out at about the 450 mtrs in the process causing interference to N R I VISION (Koushik).

Explanation of App. Surya Prakash (EVON VON BRANDO) in the presence of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh that his mount scrapped the front gate as the start was effected resulting in the surcingle and girth of the saddle slipped back soon after the start due to which buckle of the surcingle snapped and the saddle slipped back whereby he got unbalanced on his mount and was dislodged 100 mtrs after the start. As this confirmed our observation, the explanation of the App. and the incidence being purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken. The App. who was given immediate medical aid, escaped unhurt.
 
Explanation of App. R S Jodha (SOUTHERN STATE) that his mount was hanging in, in the final 200 mtrs as such he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage noted. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
DELPHIA (P. Trevor) the winner of this race is sampled.

An objection lodged by Jockey Akshay Kumar (TETRA RAMA) placed 2nd by the Judge against the Winner AGNI (S. Zervan) that" he took my ground at about the 150 mtrs when my mount was in full of running, he came on to me due to which I had to stop my riding and shifted out and came with re run, that cost me a certain race" was overruled by the Stewards and the Judges placings remained unaltered.
 
However, Jockey S. Zervan (AGNI) was fined a sum of Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and taking the ground of TETRA RAMA (Akshay Kumar) at about the 150 mtrs,.
 
The first three placed horses in the race viz., AGNI, TETRA RAMA and MON GENERAL have been sampled.

Jockey C. Umesh (MAX) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting out from about the 800 mtrs up to the 600 mtrs in the process forcing out TOKYO JAM ( Akshay Kumar).
 
Jockey Rafique Sk (PROMISEOFHAPPINESS) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 600 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to CRIMSON FIRE (App. Rohit Kumar).
 
Jockey B.R Kumar (HONEST HUNTER) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process taking the ground of BRUSH THE SKY (S G Prasad).
 
YOGASTHA (P. Ajeeth Kumar) trailed the field for greater part of the race. Trainer A. Vatsalya was advised for a better performance in future.
