Apps Gaurav Singh (JOY OF GIVING) and Afroz Khan (PALTINUM CLAASZ) were fined Rs. 1000/- each for shifting out and in respectively soon after the start in the process causing interference to SNOW CASTLE (C. Umesh) racing in between.
 
Explanation of Jockey C. Umesh (SNOW CASTLE) that due to interference received at the start, he had to check his mount and drop back and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts was noted. However, Jockey was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts for greater part of the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
 
Jockey Akshay Kumar (WITHROSEMAKEUP) reported that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts,. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
App. C.P. Bopanna (COMPOSURE) was cautioned for tender handling of his mount in the straight.
 
Trainer S. Sreekant was questioned with regard to improved performance of his charge HUMAN TOUCH (App. Rohit Kumar) winner of this race, who finished off board in his previous outing to which the Trainer stated that his charge in the previous race, ran in 1600 mtrs and was well up with the field upto final 300 mtrs and thereafter dropped back, as such he opted to run his charge in 1100mtrs. The 500 mtrs less to travel and also 3 1/2 kgs allowance claiming Jockey in the saddle has been to his charges advantage and went on to win the race. The Trainer further stated that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds. The Trainer's explanation was noted and he was however, cautioned to ensure that his charge races more consistently in future, failing which he will be liable for disciplinary action as deemed fit,.
 
HUMAN TOUCH (App. Rohit Kumar) winner of this race is sampled for analysis.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (BOB CAMPBELL) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding has sharp molars on both sides. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
 
Jockey Praveen Gaddam (A HUNDRED ECHOES) was cautioned for traveling wide from about the 800 mtrs until entering the straight in the process forcing out SUN DANCER (App. Ra. Ajinkya)
 
Explanation of Jockey R N Darshan (BORN GREEK) that his mount did not show initial speed, as such he could not position his mount well up with the field was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey C. Umesh (STAR OF TIARA) that his mount did not show initial speed as such he was unable to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and started gaining ground only in the straight was noted for future reference.
 
Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (EXCELSIOR) was cautioned for maintaining erratic course from about 200 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to BORN GREEK (R N Darshan).

ESCOBAR (App. R S Jodha) plated as the start effected, in the process lost about distance, SSC revoked.
 
Jockeys A A Vikrant (AGILIS) and Rafique Sk (TAMMANA) were cautioned for shifting in and out respectively soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn in between resulting in ALL STAR GENERAL (Nakhat Singh) dropping back.
 
Jockey Ajit Singh (SUPURINTO) was cautioned for shifting out under use of whip at about the 300 mtrs in the process taking the ground of ALL STAR GENERAL (Nakhat Singh).
 
App. Rohit Kumar (PROUD WARRIOR) was fined Rs. 2000/- for failing to ride out his mount past the post.
 
AGILIS (A.A. Vikrant) sustained bleeding cut injury over left fore. However, the gelding was trotting sound.

MAGICAL SKILL (App. C.P. Bopanna) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.

ROYAL GREEN (App. R. Ajinkya) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter the mare trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised for a better performance in future.
 
Explanation of App. Jitendra Singh (HAPPY TOGETHER) in the presence of Trainer K. Satheesh that his mount held the bit on the left side soon after the start and was trying to run out until entering the straight in the process veered out and forced out MARINETTI (Akshay Kumar) and AON AON AON (Kouhsik) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded for failing to exercise greater control over his mount. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer K. Satheesh was also advised to declare a stronger Jockey on his mount in future instead of Apprentice.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (MARINETTI) that his instructions were to sit close 4/5th and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until about the 800 mtrs and thereafter the running of his mount was hampered due to shifting of HAPPY TOGETHER (App. Jitendra Singh) at about the 800 mtrs and in the straight his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts, noted.
 
App. Gopal Singh (RAHIL) was cautioned for dropping his hands much before passing the winning post.
 
Jockey Kuldeep Singh (LONG RANGE) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 100 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to ONE ONE ONE (App. Abhay Singh).
 
LA MER (A.A. Vikrant) was in a state of shock after the race and was treated for the same.
 
MARINETTI (Akshay Kumar) placed third in this race is sampled.

ON MY WAY (App. Afroz Khan) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.

Jockley C. Umesh (DIESIS DREAM) was cautioned for travelling wide from the 800 mtrs until entering straight for no apparent reason.
 
App. Santosh Raj N R (COUNTRY'S GIFT) drawn (11) was cautioned for cutting across the field soon after the start on to the inner rails, whilst he was not sufficiently clear of the runners racing on his inside.
