HER LEGACY was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to shoulder sprain, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

FLYING QUEEN (Suraj Narredu) was observed to be trotting lame on left fore, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

UNSTOPPABLE (S. Zervan) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Jockey S. Zervan (UNSTOPPABLE) reported that his mount was lugging in for greater part of the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

BLAZING JUPITER (Kuldeep Singh) shied and dropped back at about the 700 mtrs.

ASHWA YUDH VIJETA (Koushik) and VIJAYS MAESTRO (App. Gopal Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter trailed the field throughout the race. Respective Trainers K.S.V. Prasad Raju and Laxman Singh were advised to ensure that their charges race with the field in future. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed ASHWA YUDH VIJETA (Koushik) sustained bleeding cut injury over left hind. However, the colt was trotting sound after the race.

FLAMBOYANT LADY (A. Sandesh) the winner of this race is sampled.

Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (CONSIGLIORI) was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in immediately after the start on to MIDNIGHT DREAM (Kuldeep Singh) who inturn shifted in and tightened GUSTY LOOK (Akshay Kumar)

Jockey S. Zervan (HAVELOCK CRUISE) reported that his mount was lugging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (MIDNIGHT DREAM) that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a fluent gallop and started dropping back from the 200 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, Trainer L.D' Silva while confirming the above, added that he too was baffled the way his charge ran was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Explanation of App. Gaurav Singh (MEHRZAD) that his instructions were to go to front, but his mount drifted out soon after the start and after controlling the gelding, in order to follow the given instructions he scrubbed his horse because of which his mount got keen and took long lead resulting in the gelding shortened his strides and dropped back in the final stages of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. The App. was however, cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was advised to show his charge at the gates to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.

Jockey Koushik (BAR ET LAW) was severely reprimanded for checking his mount on more than one occasion in the race for no apparent reason.

WIND POWER (App. Santosh Raj N R) trailed the field throughout the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding returned bleeding from both the nostrils. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

NATASHA (App. Jitendra Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked.

Explanation of App. Aforz Khan (MAN APART) that 50 mtrs after the start his saddle moved sideways due to which he got unbalanced and dislodged from the mount. The App. who was given immediate medical aid, escaped unhurt. The App. was however eclared unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that gelding sustained bruised injuries over the left hind. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.

Due to the above fall, the running of ESCALATING STRIKER (Ajit Singh) and NATASHA (App. Jitendra Singh) got hampered.

Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was fined a sum of Rs. 5000/- for improved performance of his charge BAYWATCH BABE (P. Sai Kumar) the winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous races. The Trainer was further cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

NATASHA (App. Jitendra Shah) sustained cut injury over left hind and also lost its right fore shoe. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

ESCALATING STRIKER (Ajit Singh) was observed to have lost its left fore shoe during the running of the race. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

BAYWATCH BABE (P. Sai Kumar) the winner of this race is sampled.

On a report from the Stipendiary Stewards into the fall of App. Afroz Khan from his mount MAN APART in the above race, the Stewards opened an enquiry.  The Stewards having enquired into the incident and noting the explanation tendered by Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards, resolved to fine Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy a sum of Rs. 20,000/- for gross negligence in discharging his duties in respect of saddling of his charge, wherein the saddle on his charge MAN APART slipped immediately after the start resulting in App. Afroz Khan being dislodged from the mount.  The Stewards further cautioned Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy to be more careful in future.

Consequent to App. Afroz Khan having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar to be substituted on THAT'S MY CLASS.

Jockey A. Sandesh (WAVE RIDER) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 200 mtrs in the process forcing out BE SURE (Nakhat Singh).

Consequent to App. Afroz Khan having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Koushik to be substituted on PENTAGON.

Trainer L.D' Silva was fined Rs.5,000/- for  inconsistent running of his charge TOOTSIE ROLL (App. Jitendra Singh) the winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous race.
