Explanation of Jockey Koushik (THE SPECIAL ONE) that his mount was tending to run out throughout the race as such he could not ride out his mount as instructed was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 2,000/- for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage throughout the race.

Explanation of Jockey Nakhat Singh (CITY OF WISDOM) that his instructions were to go to front or sit close with front runners but as his mount was keen, he was unable to hold and taken a lead of 4 to 5 lengths in the initial stages of the race and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot, dropped back and finished the course distance behind inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M. Satyanarayana while confirming the above added that he had no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges poor performance was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs. 3000/- for inconsistent running of his charge.

RUN RUNNER RUN (G. Naresh) jumped out awkwardly in the process lost about 2 or 3 lengths.

Explanation of Trainer M.F. Ali Khan with regard to the improved performance of his charge TAKISHA (App. Gaurav Singh) winner of this race, who finished off board in all previous runs that his charge did not like the blinkers in the previous race as such he opted to remove the blinkers in the present race for which permission was obtained and showed two jump outs without Blinkers, removal of Blinkers has made difference to his charges performance and just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds was noted.

Explanation of App. Afroz Khan (AIR SALUTE) that his mount was hanging in in the straight more so under pressure as such he could not ride out his mount to advantage was not accepted and the App. was cautioned for failing to ride out his mount in the straight.

SHAKESPHERE (App. Abhay Singh) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was advised for a better performance in future.

TAKISHA (App. Gaurav Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

Explanation of App. Gopal Singh (VIJAYS MAESTRO) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Laxman Singh was advised for a better performance in future.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (BEYOND LIMITS) that his mount does not have initial pace as such was instructed to position close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the gelding did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts, Trainer Laxman Singh while confirming the above added that his charge has ran to his potential was noted for future reference.

Explanation of Jockey Nakhat Singh (ROYAL TREAT) that his mount was tending to run out throughout the race in the process veered out while negotiating the final bend on to outer rails inspite of his best efforts. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

MAGNETOSPHERE (P. Trevor) returned bleeding from both the nostrils. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Trainer M. Satyanarayana with regard to the improved performance of his charge N R I SYMBOL (App. Rohit Kumar) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous race that his charge in the previous race was drawn 11 and also ran with the tougher bunch of age group of 3 & upwards as compared to the present race which being 5 years old and upward and drawn 2 might have added advantage to his charges performance and just managed to win the race was noted. The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

Ajeeth Kumar (GOLDEN FORTUNE) that his mount shifted out soon after the start in the process caused interference to TOOTSIE ROLL (App. Afroz Khan) and thereafter did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 3,000/- for shifting out soon after the start in the process causing severe interference to TOOTSIE ROLL (App. Afroz Khan).

PONTIUS PILATE (Suraj Narredu) lost its hind action soon after the start.

Jockey Kunal Bunde (SHAQUILLE) was cautioned for shifting in 100 mtrs after the start in the process taking the ground of DOROTEO (Koushik).

Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (YOGASTHA) in the presence of Trainer Ananta Vatsalya that his mount stopped galloping from about 400mts, noted for future reference. Subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the filly was trotting sound after the race.
