An objection lodged by Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju, Trainer of SECRET COMMAND (App. Santosh Raj N R) placed 4th by the Judge against App. Jitendra Singh (LET IT BE ME) placed 2nd that “ App. Jitendra Singh shifted out and forced out my charge soon after the start and again after passing about the 300 mtrs, App Jitendra Singh took my charge out on to the outer rails, that cost me a certain race" was upheld by the Stewards and ordered for revised placings as under:

Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that LET IT BE ME (App. Jitendra Singh) has bled, as such no action was taken on App. Jitendra Singh. Trainer L.D' Silva was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

LONDON BRIDGE (App. Gopal Singh) trailed the field for greater part of the race. Trainer Laxman Singh was advised for a better performance in future.

MR. BRUSS (Kuldeep Singh) trailed the field throughout the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on left fore due to fetlock joint sprain. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

VICTORIA (App. Afroz Khan) returned bleeding from both the nostrils. Trainer M.F. Alli Khan was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

AIR SALUTE (App. Afroz Khan) took an awkward jump in the process lost about a length.

Jockey Akshay Kumar (WAH MS ZARA) and App. Santosh Raj N R (ACADIAN ANGEL) were cautioned for failing to maintain  straight course soon after the start.

Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (SECRETARY) that he was denied a clear run soon after the start and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was advised for a better performance in future. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the mare sustained superficial injury over left fore. However, the mare was trotting sound after the race.

Explanation of App. R. Ajinkya (TOP SAGA) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts . Trainer S.S.F. Hassan while confirming the above added that he had no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges dismal performance was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed sharp molars on both side and however, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

WAH MS ZARA (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

Consequent to App. Rohit Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted App. Afroz Khan to be substituted on KINTSUGI.

DAZZLING KING (App. Jitendra Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 3 or 4 lengths, SSC revoked and thereafter the gelding trailed the field throughout the race.

MY DREAM (App. R. Ajinkya) trailed the field throughout the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly was trotting lame on left hind due to back sprain. Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.   

LATEST NEWS (Kiran Naidu) winner of the race is sampled.

App. R. Ajinkya (TIME IS GOOD) was cautioned for shifting out soon after the start in the process forcing out ARCADE FIRE (Koushik).

Jockey A.A. Virkant (TAPATIO) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 300 mtrs for no apparent reason though no interference was caused.

TIME IS GOOD (App.R. Ajinkya), ARCADE FIRE (Koushik) and WINDSTEPS (B.R. Kumar) trailed the field throughout the race. Respective Trainers S.A. Shehzad Abbas, R.H. Sequeira and D. Netto were advised for a better performance in future.

Explanation of Jockey G. Naresh (STEPPER) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, was confirmed by Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was noted for future reference.

Explanation of Trainer S. Sreekant with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge BLAZING SPEED (P. Ajeeth Kumar) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous race that in the previous race App. could not take a smart jump and thereafter due to big field he was unable to position well up and in the straight his charge was gaining ground and though finished eighth was very close to the winner as compared to the present race where the Jockey could position his mount well up with the field and ridden out as per the instructions, and went on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds was noted. The Trainer was however, advised to ensure that his charges race consistently in future.

Consequent to App. Rohit Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar to be substituted on MR. SHANGHAI.

Explanation of Trainer R.H. Sequeira with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge TRUMP GIRL (Koushik) winner of this race that after the previous race in Monsoon, his charge had sustained cut injury and subsequently her foot was infected for which treatment was given and was racing in the present race after long gap of about 3 months was noted.

Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk (GORGEOUS LADY) that his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed sharp molars on both sides and however, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.

Consequent to App. Rohit Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted App. R. Ajinkya to be substituted on STARLIGHT.

DOROTEO (Koushik) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.

STARLIGHT (P. Ajeeth Kumar) was forced to be checked and drop back soon after the start whilst racing on the rails due to crowding of the runners.

Explanation of Trainer S. Sreekant with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge MR. BAAHUBALI (P.Ajeeth Kumar) winner of the race, who finished sixth in the previous race that his charge in the previous race which a sprint race, ran with horses 3 year old and upwards and finished close sixth as compared to this race which being a mile race for horses 5 year old and upwards have been his charges advantage and went on to win the race.  The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds was noted.

Jockey A.A,. Vikrant (SHAQUILLE) was fined Rs. 2000/- for weighing in more than the weight at which he weighed out.

SHAQUILLE (A.A. Vikrant) lost its left fore shoe during the running of the race. However, the horse was trotting sound after the race.

Permission has been granted to Trainer N. Ravinder Singh to saddle VALLEE BLOOMER (G. Naresh) on behalf of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh at both the Trainers’ risk and liability.

Consequent to App. Rohit Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Kuldeep Singh to be substituted on CRIMSON FIRE.

Jockey Irvan Singh (GLADSTONE) was cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course soon after the start.

Explanation of Jockey G. Naresh (VALLEE BLOOMER) that his mount jumped out awkwardly in the process crowded the runners drawn on his outside resulting in inconvenience to HEAVAN CAN WAIT (App. Afroz Khan) and thereafter the mare did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh, deputizing for Trainer K.V. Srinivas was advised for a better performance in future.

App. Jitendra Singh (PRINCE CASPIAN) was cautioned for travelling wide in the straight for no apparent reason.

Jockey Koushik (N R I POWER) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 100 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to LIGHTING FIN (Akshay Kumar).

LOCH STELLA (Nakhat Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

Consequent to App. Rohit Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Koushik to be substituted on STAR RACER.

Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was fined Rs. 5,000/- for inconsistent running of his charge SHAKESPHERE (Mueksh Kumar) winner of the race, who finished off board in all the previous runs.
