Explanation of Jockey Nakhat Singh (BLUE LABEL) that his mount jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths and thereafter held the bit and  ran out in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
A Stewards enquiry was held immediately after the running of the race, in to the fall of Jockey Praveen Gaddam (SHARP MIND) at about the 900 mtrs during the running of the race the Stewards having noted the explanation tendered the Stipendiary Stewards and viewing the replay of the race on CCTV and acting on their own observation of the race, resolved to disqualify DIZIZDTYMTOWN (P. Ajeeth Kumar) from the race for dangerous riding and instructed the Clerk of the Scale to give " ALL CLEAR".
 
The Stewards of the Club suspended Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (DIZIZDTYMTOWN) from riding in races w.e.f. 15/09/2021 to 09/10/2021 both days inclusive for dangerous riding in that “he shifted in at about the 900 mtrs in the process caused interference to DESPANG (Mukesh Kumar), AHANU (Rafique Sk), AARYA (C. Umesh) and SHARP MIND (Praveen Gaddam) racing on his inside, resulting in the fall of  SHARP MIND along with Jockey Praveen Gaddm who was racing in between.
 
The Jockey is not permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.
 
Due to the above fall, the running of CABELLO (G. Naresh), HOT SEAT (Akshay Kumar) and LUCKY LADY (P. Sai Kumar) who were racing behind got hampered. Jockey Praveen Gaddam who was given immediate medical aid declared medically unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day.
 
Explanation of Mukesh Kumar (DESPANG) that after the interference he received at about the 900 mtrs his mount ran erratic in the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.
 
CABELLO (G. Naresh) sustained bleeding cut injury over left hind. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.
 
LUCKY LADY (P. Sai Kumar) dropped back and finished the course distance behind after the interference at about the 900 mtrs.

RISING QUEEN (App. Abhay Singh) slow into stride in the process lost considerable ground.
 
Jockeys Akshay Kumar (N R I SUGAR) and Rafique Sk (COSMICO) were cautioned for shifting in and out respectively soon after the start in the process tightening THAT'S MY WAY (P.Ajeeth Kumar) racing in between.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (N R I SUGAR) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his mount did not stretch herself at any stage of the race inspite of his best efforts.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly returned lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain.
 
RISING QUEEN (App. Abhay Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

MUASER (Nakhat Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.  Trainer A. Vatsalya was advised to show his charge at the gates to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.
 
COMMITTED WARRIOR (Koushik) and THUNDER ROAD (S. Zervan) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths each.
 
Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (RHYTHM SELECTION) that his mount dropped the bit and did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race in the process finished the course distance behind, inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Trevor (COLACHEL BATTLE) that his instructions were to sit close and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened his strides in the final 200 mts and dropped back inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey S. Zervan (THUNDER ROAD) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop from about the 400 mtrs and dropped back in the final stages of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. The Jockey was however, cautioned for dropping his hands from about 200 mtrs though on a beaten horse.
 
COMMITTED WARRIOR (Koushik) returned lame on right fore due to tendon strain.

Jockey Md. Ismail (INCREDULOUS) was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in 100 mtrs after the start in the process causing interference to SUBLIME (App. Santosh Raj N R).
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (PRIVATE EMPIRE) in the presence of Trainer R.H. Sequeira that his instructions were to sit 5th,6th and give clear run from outside, but as his mount jumped out slowly and took time to get into strides, he could not position as instructed in the initial stages of the race and was in a striking position from about the 700 mtrs and thereafter he shifted out to give him a clear run as instructed but his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight  inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that his mount ran in a similar way in the previous run and today the track being soft, his charge might not have liked the going as such the poor performance was noted for future reference.

EXPLOSIVE (App. Gaurav Singh) tried to run out soon after the start.  Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (FRANKLIN) that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort in the straight his mount shortened his strides from about the 400 mtrs and dropped back inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt has returned bleeding after the race.
 
BRISBANE (App. Surya Prakash) lost its left fore shoe during the running of the race and also returned lame on left fore.

Permission has been granted to Trainer Karthik Ganapathy to saddle SOUTHERN DYNASTY (C.S. Jodha) on behalf of Trainer S. Ganapathy at both Trainers' risk and liability.
 
KENSINGTON (Antony Raj S) veered out from about the 400 mtrs on to outer track and finished the course as such, in the process dislodged the Jockey after passing the winning post. Trainer Arjun Mangalorkar was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (FALCON EDGE) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer R H Sequeira while confirming the above added that the colt might not have liked the going as such the poor performance and other than this he has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges dismal performance noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt was trotting lame on left fore due to tendon strain.

Jockey A.A. Vikrant (N R I MAGIC) was fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting in at about the 600 mtrs in the process causing interference to BLAZING JUPITER (B. Nikhil) who in turn caused interference to MAX (S. Zervan).
 
Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (SHAQUILLE) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 700 mtrs, taking the ground of THE SPECIAL ONE (Akshay Kumar).
 
BLAZER (C. Umesh) sustained bleeding cut injury over right hind. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
