LAFAYETTE (App. Gaurav Singh) was observed to be trotting lame on left hind, as such the colt has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
Explanation Jockey Nikhil Naidu (AYR) that his mount ran erratic in the process ducked in sharply at about the 1100 mtrs catching him unaware, resulting in him losing his balance and thereafter the colt maintained an erratic course inspite of his best efforts, as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage in the straight was noted. Trainer L.D' Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of App. C P Bopanna (DIVINE CONNECTION) that his mount was hanging in throughout the race as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage was not accepted and the App was fined Rs. 1000/- for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage for greater part of the race.

Consequent to Jockey S S Tanwar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey R. Ajinkya to be substituted on KIMBERLEY.
 
Consequent to Jockey C Umesh not being available to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Ajit Singh to be substituted on GREEK'S ACE.
 
Explanation of Jockey R Ajinkya (KIMBERLEY) in the presence of Trainer Laxman Singh that his instructions were to sit close 4th/5th but as he jumped out slowly he could not position his mount as instructed and thereafter he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 2,000/- for tender handling of his mount in the initial stages of the race thereby losing his position.
 
Explanation of Jockey C S Jodha (IN CONTENTION) in the presence of Trainer S K Sunderji that his instructions were to sit close 4th/5th but as he was crowded for room due to runners racing in front,  he could not position as instructed was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded for losing his position and dropping back in the initial stages of the race for no apparent reason.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (GEORGIA PEACH) that his instructions were go to front and do his best which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount started dropping back from about the 400 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of App. Gaurav Singh (DREAM STATIION) in the presence of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh that his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer while confirming the above added that he has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges dismal performance was noted for future reference.

SOUL EMPRESS (App. Surya Prakash) jumped out slowly losing about 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
BATTLE READY (G. Naresh) took a fly jump in the process lost about a length.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (ROYAL GRACE) that his mount jumped out slowly and was also slow into stride as such he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and the filly gained ground only in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

Jockey Nikhil Naidu (SALISBURY) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process causing inconvenience to I AM SUPERMAN (P. Ajeeth Kumar).
 
Explanation of Jockey A, Ashhad Asbar (RIVADAVIA) that he was denied a clear run from about the 300 mtrs to 200 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage, noted.  
 
Jockey Akshay Kumar (LIGHTNING FAIRY) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 400 mtrs in the process forcing out NEFFERETI (R. Ajinkya) and INCEPTION (Ajit Singh).
 
Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (I AM SUPERMAN) reported that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was advised for a better performance in future.

Consequent to Jockey C Umesh not being available to ride, the Stewards permitted App. Gaurav Singh to be substituted on NEW LOOK.

Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (MIRACLE) that his mount lost its footing at about the 200 mtrs because of which he got unbalanced in the saddle, noted.
 
OWN VOICE (P. Ajeeth Kumar) dropped the rider after passing the winning post at about the 1800 mts.  The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt.

GOLDEN AMARIS (Kuldeep Singh) reared up as the start was effected in the process hit the top bar of the starting stall and fell, dislodged the Jockey, SSC revoked. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt.  Since the incident was purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken.
 
Jockey Khurshad Alam (SHARP MIND) was cautioned for losing his position in the initial stages of the race for no apparent reason.
 
Explanation of Jockey Rohit Kumar (QUEEN BLOSSOM) that his mount was trying to run out for greater part of the race inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer Robin Reddy K was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
