Explanation of App Santosh Raj N R (VISION OF ROSE) that his mount was keen and in trying to avoid clipping the front horses he shifted out at about the 700 mtrs and forced out GENERAL ATLANTIC (B. Nikhil) and KINGSTON (App. R S Jodha) was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs. 2000/- for failing to exercise greater control over his mount.

INDIE (App. Afroz Khan) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of App's efforts. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was advised for a better performance in future.

Sequeira that due to fast initial pace, he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and thereafter his mount gradually gained ground in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above opined that the gelding need a longer distance was noted for future reference.

Explanation of App R S Jodha (BLISSFUL) in the presence of Trainer K. Satheesh that his mount shifted out immediately after the start catching him unaware in the process crowded the runners drawn on his outside resulting in interference to HARD TO TOSS (Suraj Narredu) and MORIOR INVICTUS (P. Ajeeth Kumar) and again shifted in at about the 350 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to EXOTIC DANCER (A A Vikrant) racing on the rails inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs.10,000/- for failing to exercise greater control over his mount. The App. was further informed that in future any kind of similar offence, he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.

Jockey A A Vikrant (EXOTIC DANCER) was fined Rs. 4,000/- for shifting in when not sufficiently clear of BY THE BAY (Kiran Naidu) racing on the rails at about the 800 mtrs in the process causing interference to latter.

ABLE LOVE (Akshay Kumar) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.

Explanation of Jockey Suraj Narredu (PHILANTHROPIST) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed the gelding was trotting lame on left fore due to fetlock joint sprain.

Explanation of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh with regard to the improved performance of his charge ADVANCE GUARD (P. Ajeeth Kumar) the winner of this race as compared to the last run with common runner YESTERDAY (App. Surya Prakash) which ran along with the horse in the previous runs that his charge was not passing the runners when came next in the previous run as such he has taken permission to use  SCP  in this race, which has helped his charge to run a better race. The Trainer further added that he has not fancied his charge but given a chance was noted.

THE IMAGE (A. Ashhad Asbar) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (THE IMAGE) was severely reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post though on a beaten horse.

App. Santosh Raj N R (MISS LITTLE ANGEL) was fined Rs. 5,000/- for shifting out soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on his outside resulting in interference to SHOW YOUR WALK (Akshay Kumar),GREGOR CLEGANE (Aneel) and MYSTERIOUS ANGEL (P. Ajeeth Kumar).

Trainer Laxman Singh was cautioned to exercise proper care in saddling of his charge MALAALA (Kiran Naidu) whose saddle slipped during the running of the race.

Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound after the race but has sharp molars on both sides.

Permission has been granted to Trainer K. Robin Reddy to saddle MY WAY OR HIGHWAY (Mohit Singh) on behalf Trainer Jasbir Singh at both the Trainers' risk and liability.
