POWER RANGER (Nakhat Singh) veered out soon after the start on to the sand track. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised to show his charge in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Kiran Naidu (ALABAMA) that his mount did not show initial speed as such he was unable to position his mount well up with the field as instructed and was forced to travel at the rear end of the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was noted. The Jockey was however, cautioned for shifting in under use of the whip in the final furlong.

App. Afroz Khan (GOD IS KIND) was cautioned for changing course on more than one occasion at about the 900 mtrs for no apparent reason.

App. Gaurav Singh (CHINA TOWN) was severely cautioned for shifting out at about the 150 mtrs for no apparent reason.

Consequent to Jockey Nakhat Singh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Kuldeep Singh to be substituted on CITY CRUISE.

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (CITY CRUISE) that his instructions were to go to front but due to fast initial pace he was unable to follow the given instructions and was forced to ride out his mount until entering the straight to keep up with the field resulting in gelding tiring and did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, was confirmed by Trainer K. Satheesh was noted for future reference.

Jockey P. Sai Kumar (SHAH OF IRAN) reported that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer S A Raza Shehzad was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Dhanu S Deora (RAISINA HILL) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts and finished the course distance behind noted for future reference.

Trainer L.D' Silva was questioned with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge WINNING STREAK (App. Afroz Khan) winner of this race as compared to previous race where his charge finished 5th to which the Trainer stated that his charge in the previous race, has run in a race of distance about 2000 mtrs, previous to that the gelding has won a mile race .i.e. Race No. 37 and the 400 mtrs extra to travel in Race No. 70 has been to his charges disadvantage where the gelding got tired in the straight and finished 5th and this race being a mile race, his charge has run to the potential and manage to win. The Trainer further stated that he has not fancied the gelding but given a chance because he has other fancied runner in the race SPEAKING OF LOVE (Akshay Kumar) which returned lame in the race, noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

SPEAKING OF LOVE (Akshay Kumar) returned lame on left fore due to fetlock joint sprain.

WINNING STREAK (App. Afroz Khan) winner of the race is sampled.

Jockey M. Madhu Babu (KESARIYA BALAM) was severely cautioned for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the final stages of the race.

BLACK ONYX was not declared to start.

Jockey Mukesh Kumar (GREGOR CLEGANE) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process taking the ground of ANGELITA (App. Afroz Khan).

Explanation of App. Afroz Khan (ANGELITA) that he was denied a clear run soon after the start as such he was forced to travel at the rear end of the field in the initial stages of the race. Thereafter at about 700 mtrs his saddle slipped to one side as such he could not offer complete resistance to his mount thereafter. As this confirmed by our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken. However, Trainer M F Ali Khan was fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for failing to take proper care in saddling of his charge ANGELITA (App. Afroz Khan) whose saddle slipped during the running of the race.

GREGOR CLEGANE (Mukesh Kumar) stumbled after passing the winning post in the process dislodged Jockey. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid was declared medically unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day.

Consequent to Jockey Mukesh Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey P Sai Kumar to be substituted on MR. PERFECT.

Consequent to Jockey Nakhat Singh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted App. Afroz Khan to be substituted on ROLE MODEL.

WHITE ROSES (Akshay Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.

Explanation of Jockey Suraj Narredu (ONCE I COME) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the filly shortened her strides, dropped back in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer Laxman Singh while confirming the above added that his charge come from a set back and ran in Race No. 90 where she finished close 3rd. This is the 2nd run of the filly and he had no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges dismal performance was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound after the race has sharp molars on both sides.

Explanation of Trainer K.Robin Reddy with regard to the improved performance of his charge SOORYA VAHAN (Md Ismail) winner of this race, who finished off board in all the previous runs that his charge had a set back as such he did not run his charge frequently during the start of the season and his charge came up gradually from the setback, as such improved performance was noted. The Trainer further added that he has not fancied his charge but given him a chance was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for the improved performance of his charge.

N R I ANGEL (B R Kumar) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.

Consequent to Jockey Mukesh Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the club permitted Jockey Mohit Singh to be substituted on HORSE O' WAR.

N R I RUBY (App. Santosh Raj N R) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Jockey Mohit Singh (HORSE O' WAR) was severely reprimanded for improper use of whip.

Jockey Aneel (SPACE TIME) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 300 mtrs in the process taking the ground of THAT'S MY WAY (App. Afroz Khan).

Explanation of App. Surya Prakash (LIFETIME) that his mount momentarily shifted out at about the 800 mtrs catching him unaware. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken.

Jockeys P. Sai Kumar (ALPINE GIRL), Aneel (SPACE TIME), Rafique Sk (PAREE), Apps. R S Jodha (HIP HOP) and Surya Prakash (LIFETIME) were cautioned for dropping their hands before passing the winning post.

Jockey Mohit Singh (HORSE O' WAR) was fined Rs. 5000/- for shifting out under use of the whip in the final 200 mtrs in the process causing interference to GOOD TIDINGS (Akshay Kumar) and SEA OF CLASS (Kuldeep Singh).

Trainer S A Raza Shehzad was cautioned to ensure that his charge THAT'S MY WAY (App. Afroz Khan) the winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous run, race more consistently in future.

App. R S Jodha (MIND READER) was severely reprimanded for losing position in the initial stages of the race after taking level jump for no apparent reason.

Jockey Md Ismail (ABOVE THE LAW) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting out under use of the whip in the final 250 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to N R I BLUE (B R Kumar).

Jockey B R Kumar (N R I BLUE) was severely cautioned for failing to ride out his mount past the post though on a beaten horse.

AIZA (Aneel) and I AM SUPERMAN (B. Nikhil) trailed the field throughout the race. Respective Trainers S. Sreekanth and Magan Singh Parmar were advised for a better performance in future.

Consequent to Jockey Mukesh Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted App. Gaurav Singh to be substituted on TOP DIAMOND.

Explanation of Jockey Md. Ismail (SOORYA KIRAN) that his right stirrup Iron came out soon after the start which he could regain after travelling a few strides in the process lost about considerable ground and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop, noted. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same is taken.

GOLDEN FORZA (Kuldeep Singh) took a fly jump and lost about 1 or 2 lengths.

App. Gaurav Singh (TOP DIAMOND) was fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting in soon after the start in the process causing interference to CASH REGISTER (P. Ajeeth Kumar)

App. Santosh Raj N R (SILK) was fined Rs. 2000/- for losing his position in the initial stages of the race for no apparent reason.

Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (CASH REGISTER) that after the interference he received soon after the start, he was unable to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race due to fast initial pace and also was forced to travel wide until entering into straight and thereafter when asked for an effort in the straight, the gelding did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was noted for future reference.
