Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (MISS MAYA) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he could not follow as he was denied a clear run soon after the start and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount was lugging in under pressure and did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer R H Sequeira was noted for future reference. Trainer R H Sequeira was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of App. Afroz Khan (MALIBU) in the presence of Trainer L D Silva that his mount threw her head up soon after the start due to which he got unbalanced in the saddle and lost his both stirrup irons which he could regain after travelling few strides as such he could not offer complete assistance to his mount in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the explanation of App is taken. Trainer L D Silva was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Jockey Dhanu S Deora (STAG'S LEAP) was cautioned for failing to ride out his mount past the post though on a beaten horse.

Explanation of Jockey Dhanu S Deora (ITS ON) that his instructions were to sit 2nd/3rd which he tried to follow until entering into straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount tried to shift out and did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar while confirming the above added that his charge has won in the lower class and got promoted into this class and opined that the mare has run to the potential.  Trainer added that he was surprised to see his charge running odds on favourite and further added that he has not fancied his charge but given a chance was noted for future reference.  Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was however informed to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

PARK LANE (Md. Ismail) ran green throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Trainer G. Shashikanth with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge SILK (App. Ajay Kumar) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous race that his charge in the previous race was drawn badly (13) and also ran with tougher bunch as compared to the present race which being a weaker set and 5 kgs allowance Jockey in the saddle has been to his charges advantage and went on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he has not fancied his charge but given a chance as the set being weaker, noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

APEX STAR (G Naresh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Trainer S S F Hassan was advised to take remedial measures before accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey G. Naresh (APEX STAR) in the presence of Trainer D Netto that he was denied a clear run at about the 200 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front and also his mount was hanging in inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on left ore due to tendon strain.

STAY SMART (App. Shivansh) winner of the race is sampled.

BLUE LABEL (app. Surya Prakash) was observed to be suffering from fever, as such the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

App. Shivansh (PANCHO) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira was severely reprimanded for drifting out while negotiating the final bend for no apparent reason in the process forcing out ALINA (Aneel) and thereafter failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the straight.

Jockey B. Nikhil (SAINT EMILION) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 700 mtrs in the process tightening RED RIVER (App. Md. Ekram Alam) racing on the rails.

PAREE (App. Sonu Kumar) stopped galloping from about the 400 mtrs due to which the running of RED RIVER (App. Md. Ekram Alam) who was racing directly behind got hampered. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that PAREE was trotting lame on left fore due to fetlock joint sprain.

LIFETIME (Kuldeep S) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.
