Explanation of Jockey Kiran Naidu (SHADOW OF THE MOON) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his instructions were to sit close with front runners but due to fast initial pace, he could not position as instructed and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount was hanging in, in the straight inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded for tender handling of his mount in the initial stages of the race.
 
Jockey B Nikhil (SMART STRIKER) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of App. Aforz Khan (WINDSOR) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering into straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.    

App. Sonu Kumar (STUNNING FORCE) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the straight in future.

Explanation of App. Surya Prakash (DELHI HEIGHTS) that his instructions were to position 6th/7th, as such he was forced to drop back in the initial stages of the race was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded for losing position in the initial stages of the race in the process causing inconvenience to the runners racing directly behind.
 
App. Kuldeep S (IVANHOE) was cautioned for shifting out while negotiating the final bend for no apparent reason.
 
Jockey B. Nikhil (MIREYA) was cautioned for maintaining an erratic course in the straight in the process causing inconvenience to MASTER TOUCH (Akshay Kumar) and RIFFA (G. Naresh). 
 
Trainer S S F Hassan was cautioned for the inconsistent running of his charge MASTER TOUCH (Akshay Kumar) placed 2nd in this race who finished off board in the previous run.

STRAUSS (Akshay Kumar) and WALLOP AND GALLOP (Gaurav Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths each, SSCs revoked.
 
Explanation of Jockey Md. Ismail (RHYTHM SELECTION) that the brow band of his mount slipped over the left ear soon after the start as such he was unable to give any assistance to his mount throughout the race. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan while confirming the above stated that he too was baffled the way the brow band slipped over the ears of his charge and after the race the equipment was examined and was found to be in serviceable condition, the Trainer was however, fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge whose brow band slipped during running of the race.
 
Explanation of App. Kuldeep S (THANKS) that his mount was hanging in, in the straight in the process shifted in, in the final stages of the race causing inconvenience to WIND SPRITE (App,. Afroz Khan) inspite of his best efforts, noted.   Trainer LVR Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
