Sreekanth with regard to the improved performance of his charge PINATUBO (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous run that his charge has come down in class and the set being weaker, the Jockey could easily settle the gelding in front bunch and manage to win the race was noted. 
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (CAPRIATI) that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd but as his mount jumped out slowly and to follow the given instructions he was forced to use his mount in the initial stages of the race and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey Afroz Khan (DECCAN RANGER) that his instructions were to sit 5th/6th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter his mount was hanging in inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.2000/- in the presence of Trainer S S F Hassan for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (FIRST CLASS) that due to fast initial pace, he was unable to sit well up with the field and in the straight he did his best.  Trainer Managan Singh Parmar while confirming the above  added that his charge does not have initial speed and opined that needs longer distance, but this race was  for horses which have not won since 1st July, as such he opted to run in this race was noted for future reference.
 
App. Md. Ekram Alam (CLASSY DAME) was severely reprimanded for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the final stages of the race.
 
Jockey N R Santosh Raj (ROCHELLE) reported that his mount did not show initial speed as such he was unable to position well up with the field in the initial stages of the race was noted for future reference.

Explanation of Trainer K. Satheesh with regard to the improved performance of his charge HIGH REWARD                (R S Jodha) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous race that his charge was always consistent except in Race No. 147, where his charge stumbled soon after the start and in the straight did not raise a fluent gallop in the hands of 5 kgs allowance Jockey as such he opted to change the Jockey in this race, wherein the Jockey could able to go to front set his own pace, settled and went on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds was not accepted and the Trainer was fined Rs.10,000/- for inconsistent running of his charge.
 
Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (LIFE'S LIVING) in the presence of Trainer M R Chauhan that his instructions were to go front which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened her strides and dropped back in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M R Chauhan while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and has no plausible explanation offer to his charges poor performance was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly has clipped injury over right hind and endoscopic examination revealed as bleeder.

ONLY MY WAY (Afroz Khan) was trying to run out soon after the start. Trainer L D Silva was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.
 
App. Md. Ekram Alam (MARK MY DAY) was cautioned for dropping his hands before passing the winning post though on a beaten horse.

Consequent to the Jockey Afroz Khan having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the club permitted Jockey Santosh Raj N R to be substituted on MALIBU.
 
DYANOOSH (Surya Prakash) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
TOP IN CLASS (Mohit Singh) jumped out awkwardly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
BANGOR ON DEE (A. Imran Khan) jumped out awkwardly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Jockey Mohit Singh (TOP IN CLASS) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in immediately after the start in the process hampering the running of HUGH CAPET (Deepak Singh) and BANGOR ON DEE (A. Imran Khan).
 
Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (STOIC HERO) was cautioned for shifting in immediately after the start taking the ground of MALIBU (Santosh Raj N R).
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (STAG'S LEAP ) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners in the initial stages of the race which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened the strides and dropped back from about the 300 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M R Chauhan while confirming the above added that his charge is running after a long gap of about 1 1/2 month other than this he has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges dismal performance.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that gelding was trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain.  
 
CLEFAIRY (App. Ajay Kumar) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.

Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (STARWALT) that his mount jumped out awkwardly on to SPECTACULAR CRUISE (App. Kuldeep Singh) inspite of his best efforts, noted.
