Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer S. Sreekanth was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Hindu Singh (STAR OF NIGHT) that his mount was slow into stride as such he was unable to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was noted for future reference.

However, though the filly was trotting sound but has a sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K. App.  Likith Appu (RANGNAROK) was severely reprimanded for veering out on to centre of the track whilst traveling on the rails in the final 150 mtrs for no apparent reason.
 
Jockey Suraj Narredu (MAVERICK) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 900 mtrs on to DELHI HEIGHTS ( Mukesh Kumar) who in turn shifted out and forced out ANZIO ( M. Mark).
 
Jockey Mukesh Kumar (DELHI HEIGHTS) was fined Rs.5000/- for excessive and improper use of whip.
 
Veterinary examination of GREAT GUNS (P. Sai Kumar) revealed though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (WHITE PEARL) that due to fast initial pace, he was unable to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was noted for future reference.

The Board of Directors/Stewards at their meeting held on 22/12/2024have resolved to suspend the” A” Trainer’s License granted to Trainer R H Sequeira under the HRC Rules of Racing with immediate effect i.e. from Monday, 23rdDecember 2024 upto and including Wednesday, 5th February 2025 both days inclusive and fined him a sum of Rs.30,000/-for positive findings of ETODOLAC & FLUNIXIN, CLASS III & CLASS IV DRUGS (prohibited substance) in the split  Urine Sample (B Sample) taken from his charge 3 year old  ch f “SUGAR”, thereby contravening the Medication Rules laid by the HRC under the HRC Rules of Racing and disqualified “SUGAR” the winner from the above race and ordered for revised placings.

a)    The Stewards further fined Trainer a sum of Rs.50,000/- for keeping in his possession (in the stables) medication, substance or preparation which has not been registered, prescribed, dispensed or obtained thereby contravening the Medication Rules laid down by the HRC under the HRC Rules of Racing.

BERRETTINI ( M Mark) was examined at the starting gates and was observed to be trotting lame on left fore probably due to shoulder sprain, as such the horse was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary ground before coming under starters orders.
 
Jockey Rafique Sk (THE KING N I) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting out soon after the start on to the runners drawn on his outside resulting in interference to MIDSUMMER STAR ( P. Sai Kumar) and LASHKA (Hindu Singh) .
 
Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (GRETSY) was fined Rs 3000/- for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process causing interference to TRIPURARI (App. Sonu Kumar) racing on the rails.
 
Jockey Akshay Kumar (MISS MAYA) was fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting in at about the 600 mtrs in the process causing interference to BAISA (Abhay Singh).  Jockey Akshay Kumar was further fined Rs.5000/- for excessive and improver use of whip.
 
THE KING N I (Rafique Sk) dropped back from about the 400 mtrs finishing the course distance behind. Trainer B Mukesh Kumar was advised for a better performance in future.
 
N R I SPORT (App. K G Likith Appu) trailed the field throughout the race.  Trainer D Netto was advised for a better performance in future.
 
GRETSY (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) became ataxic and hypoxic after the race and was in a state of shock and urine sample of GRETSY was collected.

WANDRING WARRIOR (Mukesh Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 length, SSC revoked.
 
PARK LANE (Md. Ismail) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
GRAND DUKE ( R S Jodha) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Explanation of Trainer  L D Silva with regard to the improved performance of his charge ONLY MY WAY (Vivek G) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous races that his charge always ran with a tougher bunch and younger lot as compare to the present race which is the age group race and also the set being weaker and 400 mtrs extra to travel in lower category, a better Jockey in the saddle and gap of 3 weeks has been to his charges advantage and the mare could manage to win the race was noted.  The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (ESPIONAGE) that his mount was hanging in throughout the race, in the process shifted in at about the 900 mtrs on to WIND SPRITE (App. K G Likith Appu) who in turn shifted in and caused inconvenience to CALISTA GIRL (Gaurav Singh) and GLORIOUS POWER (A A Vikrant) racing directly behind inspite of best efforts, noted.  Trainer D Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.  
 
Jockey B Nikhil (GATIMAN) was fined Rs.3000/- for shifting out under the use of whip at about the 150 mtrs in the process forcing out CALISTOGA ( S. Saqlain).
 
Jockey Akshay Kumar (MINECRAFT) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 200 mtrs in the process taking the ground of GATIMAN (B. Nikhil).

Jockey Santosh Raj N R (ALEXINA) (drawn 10) was severely cautioned for shifting in the initial stages of the race when not sufficiently clear of the runners racing on his inside.
 
Jockey Md. Ekram Alam (CANDY GIRL) (drawn 14) was fined Rs.2000/- for cutting across the field soon after the start crowding the runners.
 
Explanation of Jockey B Nikhil (STRAUSS) that he was tightened for room soon after the start and thereafter in trying to settle his mount he shifted in and tightened the runners drawn on his inside was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.5000/- for shifting in soon after the start and crowding the runners drawn on his inside resulting in interference to SHADOW OF THE MOON (S.Saqlain) and HUNTINGDON (AkshayKumar) racing on the rails.

EXCLUSIVE PARK (Mohit Singh) trailed the field throughout the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on left fore due to shoulder sprain.
