Explanation of Jockey A. Prakash (CATCH THE WORM) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his mount jumped out awkwardly resulting in, him getting unbalanced on his mount and thereafter the filly tried to run out because of which he lost considerable ground inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 2000/- for inept handling of his mount in the initial stages of the race.

NIJINSKY STAR which returned lame on the previous race day, was withdrawn in this race on veterinary grounds.
 
Jockey P. Sai Kumar (AQUATONE) reported that his mount was trying to run out in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Bharat Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race
 
Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (ARABESKA) that his mount was trying to run out soon after the start as such he was unable to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was noted.
 
FAIZAH (H M Akshay) dropped back from about the 400 mtrs whilst traveling with front runner and finished the course at the rear end of the field.

Jockey G. Naresh (CHERISH THE LADY) was cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course soon after the start. 
 
Explanation of jockey Md. Ekram Alam (LIGHTS ON) that his instructions were to go front which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned for taking a long lead in the initial stages of the race resulting in his mount getting tired and dropped back in the straight.
 
HURRICANE WAVE (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

ICONIC STAR (Surya Prakash) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
PEANUT ( Gaurav Singh) jumped out awkwardly and drifted out on to outer track soon after the start resulting in Jockey getting unbalanced and dislodged from the mount, SSC revoked. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was advised to show his charge in a Mock Race before next accepting in a race.
 
ICONIC STAR (Surya Prakash) returned lame on left fore probably due to shoulder sprain.
 
NOORIAN (B R Kumar) was trotting lame on left fore due to shoulder sprain.
 
GOLDEN UNICORN (P. Sai Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

SHAH OF IRAN was observed to have developed capped elbow on left fore, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
Consequent To   b m (9 Years)  MISS MARVELLOUS   having won A Race On Sunday, 23rd February, 2025, as per Clause (5) of the General Conditions of Prospectus of Hyderabad Winter Races 2024-2025, the Mare Is not eligible to run on Second Extra Day, Wednesday, 26th February, 2025.  As such the Mare was permitted to be withdrawn in this Race.
 
Explanation of Trainer M F Ali Khan with regard to the improved performance of his charge TIGER RUBY ( P, Uday Kiran) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous runs, that his charge previous to this run, ran only twice under his charge.  In the 1st run the gelding was fractious in the gates and jumped out without the Jockey as such the gelding was given 3 to 4 jump outs to restore the SSC and ran in Race No. 152.  In the previous run which being a sprint race, his charge could not match strides with the front runners and finished in midfield.  The present race being a mile race, the Jockey could manage to position well up with the field and just managed to win a race.  The Trainer further added that after the previous run, the gelding has improved as such he fancied his charge was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/- for the reversal of form in respect of his charge in a short span of time.
 
Jockey R S Bhati (HAWK WING) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting in at about the 1200 mtrs in the process causing interference to CARAXES (P. Sai Kumar).
 
CARAXES (P. Sai Kumar) returned lame on left fore probably due to shoulder sprain.
 
TIGER RUBY ( P, Uday Kiran) winner of the race is sampled.

Consequent to Jockey Akshay Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey Gaurav Singh to be substituted on GOLDEN GAZELLE.
 
FIRST CLASS ( B.Nikhil) got loose from the front gates, dislodged Jockey and ran the course riderless, as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders.
 
Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (MIKIMOTO) that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount took over the running and dropped back in the final stages of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.
 
MIKIMOTO (Kuldeep Singh (Sr)) placed 2nd in the race is sampled.

Jockey B R Kumar (ARION ONE) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process tightening INDERDHANUSH (P. Sai Kumar) racing on the rails for no apparent reason.
 
Jockey Santosh Raj N R (BRIAR RIDGE) was fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs and taking the running when he was not sufficiently clear of the runners.
 
ONLY THE BRAVE (B. Nikhil) returned lame on left fore probably due to shoulder sprain.

UNA PALOMA BLANCA (Surya Prakash) was fractious inside the stall, reared up , as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.
 
TUPAC (R S Bhati) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
SILVER ARROW (P. Sai Kumar) stumbled soon after the start for no apparent reason.
 
Explanation of Trainer A. Vatsalya with regard to the improved performance of his charge REINING QUEEN (Rafique Sk) winner of the race, who finished off board in the previous runs that in the previous run, the Jockey was not able to go to front as instructed as compare to the present race where Jockey could easily go to the front and set his own pace and went on to win the race.  The Trainer further added that he did not fancy his charge and was available at longer odds was not accepted and the Trainer was fined Rs.5,000/- for the improved performance of his charge.
