Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy to withdraw DIAMOND QUEEN (R. Vaibhav) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left hind. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Y. S. Srinath, the rider of COOL RIDER was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and bumping DOMINA (Antony Raj S.) on his inside soon after the start.

It was observed that DOMINA (Antony Raj S.) was inclined to run out despite the best efforts of the rider, whereby he shifted out and caused interference to COOL RIDER (Y. S. Srinath) passing the 1000 Metres. As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of MOON'S BLESSING had to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner TWILIGHT FAME (Satish Nayak) approaching 200 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g COOL RIDER.

Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge CHALLENGING STAR (1st infringement).

BAROG (S. Saqlain) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced GOLDEN HEAVEN (Salman Khan) soon after the start.

Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of RULER OF NATION reported that his mount was changing its legs approaching 500 Metres, whereby he was unbalanced as such he pulled up his mount and stopped riding passing the 300 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

It was observed that SONG AND DANCE (Tousif Khan) was inclined to run out between the 650 Metres and 550 Metres.

An enquiry was held on 17th January, 2021 into the relatively performance of his charge HAWKING, trained by Mr. Kishan Thomas and ridden by Jockey Arvind Kumar. N in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.81 i.e., The Rajghat Plate - Div.III (about) 1200 Metres, Horses rated 15 to 35 run on 9th January, 2021 where it ran unplaced. The trainer stated that:

(a)    His charge had raced after 10 months in its previous start in Race No. 81;
(b)    It had run in higher class i.e, 15 to 35
(c)    His charge did not relish the underfoot conditions in its previous run in Race No. 81;
(d)    The owner had insisted him to run in the above race and told the trainer if it performs poorly again he would retire HAWKING from racing; and 
(e)    He had not fancied it to win, the tote had paid Rs.338/- for a tenner.

After due enquiry, not being fully satisfied with the explanations tendered by trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas, he was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/- for the unsatisfactory explanations tendered by him during the enquiry.

Jockey Surya P., the rider of LIFEISAMIRACLE was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing ANAKIN (Y. S. Srinath) on his inside passing the 700 Metres.

Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of AUGUSTINA was reprimanded for travelling wide between the 650 Metres and 550 Metres for no apparent reason.

Jockey Surya P., the rider of LIFEISAMIRACLE reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

It was observed that Jockey Rayan Ahmed, the rider of SKIATHOS had to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner SILKEN STRIKER (Siddaraju.P) approaching 900 Metres.

Jockey Y.S. Srinath was questioned regarding his riding on ANAKIN in the above race. The Jockey stated that:

(a)    He was not given any specific instructions as to how he had to ride as he had won on its previous start;
(b)    He was inconvenienced by Jockey Surya.P (LIFEISAMIRACLE) passing the 700 Metres, however he rode from a forward position;
(c)    He added that his mount had a very short burst as such he had to time his run in the final 300 Metres;
(d)    Thereafter, he rode his mount out with the aid of the whip but could only finish second.

His explanations were noted for future reference.

Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.10,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running and reversal of form of his charge CELESTIAL HIGHWAY (Nazerul Alam) in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.59 i.e., The Jog Falls Plate - Div.II (about) 1200 Metres, Horses rated 15 to 35, 4 years old and over run on 19th December, 2020 where it ran unplaced.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Prithviraj .B to withdraw MR HUMBLE (Kiran Rai P) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have swelling on right hind fetlock and cannon. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

BLACK WHIZZ (Shamaz Shareef) jumped out awkwardly and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

ANNE BOLEYN (Rayan Ahmed R.) jumped  awkwardly  inwards  and  inconvenienced SHE'S INNOCENT (Chetan Kalay S.) soon after the start.
 
Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of REALIA reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of CHEROKEE MOON was reprimanded for shifting 'in and inconveniencing ANNE BOLEYN (Rayan Ahmed R.) on his inside approaching 400 Metres.

It was observed that STROKE OF GENIUS (Prashant P.Dhebe) could not get a clear run between the 250 Metres and 100 Metres.

STROKE OF GENIUS (Prashant P.Dhebe) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f CHEROKEE MOON.

Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge ALPHA (Prashant P.Dhebe) to run in the above race when it was under (B.T.F. BAN). Subsequently, permission was granted to him to withdraw the horse from the above race.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of DR LOGAN reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey Naveen Kumar. V, the rider of EXCELLENT SORRENTO reported that he did not get a clear run between the 400 Metres and 300 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of SILVER DEW was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing KNOTTY OAK (Antony Raj S.) on his outside passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of CRACK OF DAWN reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the final 200 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr m SILVER DEW.

An enquiry was held on 17th January, 2021 by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Ankit Yadav on his  mount SILVER IKON in that (a) he did not maintain straight course before passing the red marker post and (b) Thereafter, he shifted ‘in’ and caused interference to PSYCHIC WARRIOR (Akshay Kumar) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Ankit Yadav was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Ankit Yadav and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey Ankit Yadav for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to  Ankit Yadav on 25th January, 2021 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careles Riding on his mount SILVER IKON (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
 
It was reported after the race that SILVER IKON (Ankit Yadav) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy - Grade IV). Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m CERISE NOIR.

ROYAL BLOSSOM (Antony Raj S.) jumped  awkwardly  inwards  and  inconvenienced SOUTHERNARISTOCRAT (Arshad Alam) on its inside soon after the start.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of LIVISILLA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to GARAMOND (Suraj Narredu) on his inside passing the 250 Metres.

Jockey S. John, the rider of MAHALAKSHMI was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to REDOUBTABLE (P. Trevor) on his inside passing the 200 Metres.

Jockey Ravi R., the rider of TYTO ALBA was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar, the rider of MAX MUELLER was reprimanded for dropping hands in the final 100 Metres.

An enquiry was held on 17th January, 2021 by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Dharshan Antony. B on his mount DREAM CHASER in that (a) For not being alert and not exercising sufficient control after the start, thereafter he shifted ‘in’ and caused interference to MAX MULLER (A. Ashhad Asbar) passing the 1400 Metres and (b) He did not exercise sufficient control on his mount approaching 1200 Metres in the process he shifted out and took out REDOUBTABLE (P. Trevor).

Jockey Dharshan Antony. B was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Dharshan Antony. B and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey Dharshan Antony. B for riding in an Erratic Manner.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Dharshan Antony. B on 25th January, 2021 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing for riding in an Erratic Manner on his mount DREAM CHASER (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of REDOUBTABLE, trained by Mr. Prasanna Kumar and ridden by Jockey P. Trevor in the above race.

GARAMOND (Suraj Narredu) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

GAZEBO TALK (Shamaz Shareef) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f LIVISILLA.

It was observed that JACK RYAN (Neeraj Rawal) slipped from its hind at the start.
 
Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of THE PREACHER was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to ULTIMATE SPEED (S. Saqlain) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey P. Mani, the rider of BIRCHWOOD was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c FIRST IMPRESSION.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu to deputize on behalf of trainer Mr. S. Narredu who was unable to attend the races.
