DEFINING POWER (Rajesh Kumar M) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey Vishal N Bunde, the rider of CHRISTOPHER WREN reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have profuse bleeding due to cut injury on right knee. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of WONDER WENCH reported that his saddle shifted back approaching 300 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs. 3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.

GREY CHANNEL (Arshad Alam) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Azhar Ali was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

It was observed that ETOSHA (S. Zervan) burst its blood vessels during the race and passing the 700 Metres, it was pulled up by its rider and it did not complete the course. Trainer Mr.Neil Darashah was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Urine and blood sample were taken for analysis from b g ETOSHA. Subsequently, taking into consideration the fact that emergent veterinary treatment was meted out to ETOSHA involving the injection of drugs, it was decided to retain the samples for record purpose only and not to send the same for testing.

It was observed that Jockey Richard Oliver, the rider of CHOPIN had to ride in check between the 1500 Metres till about 1300 Metres.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of ZUCCARELLI was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out the horses on his inside viz; FAITH OF SUCCESS (C. S. Jodha) and GIANT STAR (Yash Narredu) passing the 500 Metres.

It was observed that Jockey P. S. Chouhan, the rider of THEON had lost his whip passing the 150 Metres at a crucial part of the race and the verdict being a short head. An enquiry is being held into the matter.

THEON (P. S. Chouhan) sustained superficial injury on left hind pastern.

DIVINE RAY (Richard Oliver) jumped awkwardly inwards and the inconvenienced the horses on its inside viz; IN A BREEZE (K.G. Likith Appu) and CAMELEONS IMAGE (Chethan Gowda) soon after the start.

Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of AFERPI was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to ALMANACH (Surya P.) on his inside approaching 600 Metres.

John in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 36 i.e., The Pendragon Plate (about) 1400 Metres, Horses rated 20 to 45 run on 11th June, 2022 wherein it won.

An enquiry is being held into the relative improved performance and reversal of form of IN A BREEZE, trained by Mr. Irfan Ghatala and ridden by Jockey
K.G. Likith Appu in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 25 i.e., The Richelieu Plate - Div. II, (about) 1400 Metres, Horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over run on 5th June, 2022 wherein it unplaced.
