BENIGNITY (P. Ramesh) jumped awkwardly   inwards   and inconvenienced CHANDRA KANTA (Tousif Khan) soon after the start.

Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of THE INTRUDER reported that his mount was inclined to run out between the 800 Metres till about 600 Metres.

Jockey P. Ramesh, the rider of BENIGNITY was fined Rs.2,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount after entering the straight.

It was observed that the reins of Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of MAX MUELLER were momentarily entangled in the whip passing the final 50 Metres.

It was reported after the race that ESTELLA (K.G. Likith Appu) pulled up lame on left fore and also sustained superficial injury on left fore pastern. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ALTAMONTE (Vivek) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

LIMITED EDITION (R.Ajinkya) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of EMBOSOM was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to SEA BLUSH (Y. S. Srinath) on his outside soon after the start.
 
It was observed that CHRISTOPHER WREN (Tousif Khan) accidentally brushed the running rails passing the 1000 Metres and also pulled up lame, dislodging its rider approaching 700 Metres. On immediate examination, it was found to be profusely bleeding from both nostrils and died due to shock.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of STUNNING BEAUTY was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing RING MASTER (A.R.Pradeep) on his inside passing the 800 Metres.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of EMBOSOM was fined Rs.2,000/- for not wearing goggles during the race.

AIRCRAFT (D. Patel) ran detached from 200 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

STUNNING BEAUTY (K. Sai Kiran) sustained superficial injury on right hind pastern.

OASIS CLASS (R.Ajinkya) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.M. Rajendra Singh was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey Tousif Khan, the rider of EMPRESS BELLA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to THE PIRATE (A.R.Pradeep) on his outside at the start.

Jockey S. John, the rider of STARS ABOVE reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of OXYTOCIN reported that his mount was lugging out under pressure in the final 100 Metres.

PRINCESS JASMINE (L. Alex Rozario) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

OXYTOCIN (K. Sai Kiran) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to be trotting lame on right fore and also burst its blood vessels (On Endoscopy Gr - III). Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race that MEGHANN (B. Nayak) burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy - Grade IV). Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
The Stewards ordered and held an enquiry into the running and riding of PRINCESS JASMINE trained by Mr. V. Lokanath and ridden by Jockey L. Alex Rozario after the last race with particular reference to the favoritism enjoyed by the patrons on this horse.
The trainer stated as follows:
a)    It won two races in 00 to 25;
b)    Because of the mediocre company which it was running, he fancied this horse to do well;
c)    He was not in a position to understand as to how this horse had been such a firm favourite in the betting ring;
d)    Any way he had asked his rider to keep it in forward position and do his best but to his disarray the rider stated after the race that the horse did not show initial speed but could only finish 4th despite his best efforts.
The Jockey corroborated the statements of the trainer with reference to the riding instructions but he further stated that the horse did not have the initial speed.

While noting their explanations the trainer was cautioned by the Stewards as to the future running of his charges.

It was observed that GALLOPING AHEAD (Y. S. Srinath) accidentally stumbled passing the 1400 Metres.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of EL ALAMEIN reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have pulled up its left testicle.

AGUILA (Akshay Kumar) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy (deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr.Aravind G) was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
KNOTTY IN BLUE (Nazerul Alam) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f ISNT SHE BEAUTIFUL.

It was observed that VYASA (A. Sandesh) and MOMENTOUS (Darshan R.N) bumped each other passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of MOMENTOUS reported that his mount was hanging out from the 700 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sharp molars. Hence, Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was fined Rs.5,000/- for his negligence (2nd infringement).

MOMENTOUS (Darshan R.N.) sustained superficial injury on right gaskin. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr r GALAHAD.

Jockey P Trevor, the rider of RULING GODDESS reported that he could not get a clear view between the 900 Metres to 700 Meters due to the severe kick back of the track.

Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of MILLBROOK reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race, in the process he shifted out and inconvenienced ETOSHA (K.G. Likith Appu) on his outside passing the 900 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

RULING GODDESS (P. Trevor) sustained superficial injury on left hind pastern.

SHUBANKAR (Akshay Kumar) sustained superficial injury on left hind fetlock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr h SHUBANKAR.

Jockey D. Patel, the rider of RHAPSODY IN GREEN was fined Rs.2,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount after entering the straight.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of AUGUSTO was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey B. Nayak, the rider of GUNMASTER was severely reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control on his mount during the early part of the race, whereby he shifted out and inconvenienced ULTIMATE CHANCE (A.Imran Khan) passing the 1000 Metres.

Permission was granted to trainers M/s. S. Ganapathy and Rajesh Narredu to deputize on behalf of trainers M/s. Aravind. G and S. Narredu who were unable to attend the races.
