It was reported by the Club’s Veterinary Officer that GOLD FAME (Abdul Fazal) sustained multiple injuries on right knee and both hock after a fall in the saddling enclosure. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. James Mckeown was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MAYBACH (D. Patel) reared up as the gates opened, totally unbalancing the rider, whereby the rider lost both the stirrups, which he regained approaching    1000    Metres. In    view    of    its    behaviour,     Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

APPSARA (Vinod Shinde) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of MEGHANN reported that his mount was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres till about 600 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sustained superficial bit injury on lower lip.

Jockey Girish R., the rider of INDIAN BLUES reported that his mount was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres till about 600 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of MASTER OF COURAGE reported that his mount was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres till about 600 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

PALOMINO (Vivek.G) dropped the rider at 1600 Metres on the way to the starting gates, ran on tar road and was apprehended at the starting gates. On immediate examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer, it was found to
 
have sustained bleeding cut injury on right hind pastern. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under starter's order. Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

HALCHEMENY (Shamaz Shareef) dropped the rider on the way to the starting gates, galloped on inner sand track almost covered entire track. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order.

TIME LIMIT (Inayat) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Dominic was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of MOMENTOUS was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and bumping HIGH TRIBUTE (Hindu Singh) and ISABELLE (S. Saqlain) which was travelling directly behind struck the front runner HIGH TRIBUTE (Hindu Singh), totally unbalancing and dislodged the rider passing the 1000 Metres.

It was observed that MOMENTOUS (M. Prabhakaran) drifted out under pressure in the final 100 Metres.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of FORTY NINER reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sustained superficial injury on left fore inner fetlock and also sustained bit injury on both side oral commissure.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of FORTY NINER was fined Rs.3,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final 300 Metres, whereby he allowed his mount to drift out, thereby inconvenienced GROOVIN (P. Trevor).

It was observed that Jockey Arul J.H, the rider of ALCIDES SYNERGY accidentally struck the left hand of Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of GROOVIN, whereby he lost his left rein momentarily in the final 75 Metres of the race.

As Jockey S. Zervan was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to declare Jockey Akshay Kumar to ride ETOSHA in place of the declared rider.

It was observed that TRIPITAKA (Vivek.G) got squeezed between ETOSHA (Akshay Kumar) and ARTEMIS IGNACIA (S. Saqlain) soon after the start.

It was reported after the race that FOREVER TOGETHER (Salman Khan) was found to be bleeding from right nostril due to injury.

MADAM RICH (Hindu Singh) reared up, flipped over in the starting gates and the bridle had snapped. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order.

Jockey Inayat, the rider of HIGH SPEED DIVE was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to ZURI (P. Trevor) on his inside approaching 300 Metres.

Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney was fined Rs.10,000/- for Contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2023 in accepting (TWILIGHT TORNADO) in the above race and also in The Fantabulous King Plate - (About) 1600 metres. Horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over. Subsequently, TWILIGHT TORNADO was not declared to start in the above race.

At the request of trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar, endoscopy was performed on THE PERFECT CHOICE (Abdul Fazal) and no abnormality was found.

It was reported after the race that ONCE YOU GO BLACK (Neeraj Rawal) had apparently lost its left hind shoe during the race.

It was reported after the race that JAKE (Antony Raj S.) burst its blood vessels and sustained superficial injury on left hind fetlock. Trainer Mr. Vijay Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

GOLDEN STARLET (Rajesh Kumar M) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V. was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.

THEWHISPERQUIETLY (Siddaraju.P) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

It was observed that Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of THE WELCOME had lost his left stirrup soon after the start and he removed his right leg from the right stirrup passing the 1000 Metres, as such he could not offer any assistance thereafter.

Jockey Inayat, the rider of DESERTDRAGON reported that his saddle shifted back at the 800 Meters as such he could not offer any assistance thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.

Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of BOLD ACT reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr.S. Narredu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of BOLD ACT reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 200 Meters.

SMILE OF BEAUTY (Arul J.H) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of SMILE OF BEAUTY, trained by Mr.S. Dominic and ridden by Jockey Arul J.H in the above race.

Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of RAINBOW DREAMER was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and tightening MAZAL TOV (S. John) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres.
