It was observed that APPSARA (S. Hussain) accidentally brushed the rails passing the 1200 Metres.

It was observed that PERIDOT (Siddaraju.P) was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres and 700 Metres.

Jockey S. Saqlain, the rider of WORLDLY WISE reported that his mount was not galloping fluently after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of DALLAS DRIFTER reported that his mount was not galloping fluently after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey IndraJeet Singh, the rider of MAROON was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing BALTIMORE (Antony Raj S.) on his outside passing the 150 Metres.

It was observed that CHUL BUL RANI (Tousif Khan) drifted out under pressure in the final 150 Metres.

SCARLET IBIS (Surya P.) ran detached from the field. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was questioned regarding the performance of EXCELLENT RAY (Vinod Shinde) in the above race. The trainer stated that:

a)    His charge was running for the 3rd time in its career and was still a maiden.

b)    After its last run in BSM 2023 where it finished 2nd his charge had returned lame.

c)    He gave it mock race where it performed well at Mysore Race Club.

d)    He added that despite the Jockey’s best efforts his charge could only finished a close 3rd.

His explanation was noted for future reference. EXCELLENT RAY (Vinod Shinde) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (on endoscopy Grade - III). Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b c EXCELLENT RAY.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SOLO PRINCE.

Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colors at the scales in respect of his charge (BLEUE DALI). 

Subsequently, All Black emergency colors were permitted to be used.

BRAVE MAJESTY (Darshan R.N) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced the horses its outside viz; REGAL ARISTOCRACY (S. Saqlain) & PNEUMA (Girish R.) soon after the start.

Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of BLEUE DALI was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

Jockey Girish R., the rider of PNEUMA was reprimanded for taking unduly long lead during the race.

Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of BRAVE MAJESTY reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was questioned regarding the performance of SASSY (P. Trevor). The trainer stated that:

1) His charge was working well and had a decent form in summer as such he fancied it to win in the above race.

2) He had instructed the rider to ride his race and do his best in the straight.

3) He added that the jockey after the race reported that the filly was not producing the same performance what she was showing in the morning trails.

4) He would be stepping up the distance to 1600 Metres and would be using a pair of blinkers in its next start.

The Jockey corroborated the statements of the trainer and their explanations were noted for future reference.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of ANADALE reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 350 Meters.

It was observed that SMILE OF BEAUTY (Tousif Khan) drifted out under pressure in the final 150 Metres.

It was reported after the race that ANADALE (L. Alex Rozario) had apparently lost its right fore shoe and right hind shoe during the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b f ANADALE.

OOH LA LA (Tousif Khan) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the
 
circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr.M. Rajendra Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SAMACHAR (V.R.Jagadeesh) planted, lost many lengths and did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 100 Metres. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Inayathulla was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of BOLD ACT was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz; RAINBOW DREAMER (P. Trevor) and RICARDO (Antony Raj S.) before passing the red marker post.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of RAINBOW DREAMER reported that his mount was hanging ‘in’ after entering the straight, in the process his mount shifted ‘in’ and bumped BOLD ACT (Salman Khan) approaching 350 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey B. L. Paswan, the rider of TRIUMPHANT was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Jockey Inayat, the rider of ART GALLERY was fined Rs.5,000/- for the undesirable practice of easing his mount during the final stages of the race.

Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of MADAM RICH reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary  examination  but  no  abnormality  was  reported.  Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

RICARDO (Antony Raj S.) sustained superficial injury on right fore fetlock and gums.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f MADAM RICH.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Azhar Ali to withdraw GENERAL PATTON (V.R.Jagadeesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left hind. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Ashok Kumar A, the rider of BALOR was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f FONDNESS OF YOU.

Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of STELLAR GOLD was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out AQUAMATIC (P. Trevor) on his outside approaching 600 Metres.
 
Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of AQUAMATIC was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

MEASURE OF TIME (Tousif Khan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f STELLAR GOLD.

Jockey S. Saqlain, the rider of LAST WISH reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

FORSETI (P. Trevor) was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sharp molars with bit sore on buccal commissure.
 
Hence, Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence (1st offence).
