Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of EMPRESS BELLA reported that his saddle shifted back in the final 150 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas. K was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of SUPERHERO was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

PRINCESS GOLD (Ikram Ahmed) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas. K was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala to withdraw TOROBRAVO (B. R. Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Warren Singh to withdraw THE MILENIUM FORCE (K. Sai Kiran) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have abrasion on both knees and left fore fetlock. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of CORINTHIAN reported that his mount was not striding out well during the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of FORCE OF NATURE was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

It was observed that SCARLETTE LADY (Akshay Kumar) suddenly shied towards the inside and inconvenienced DOUBLE SCOTCH (Girish R.) passing the 1100 Metres.

DOUBLE SCOTCH (Girish R.) reared up as the gates opened, whereby the rider lost his right stirrup and regained it at about 550 Metres.

Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala and Jockey Suraj Narredu were questioned regarding the running and riding of PROMISEOFTHEFUTURE in the above race.

The trainer stated that:

a) He had not given any specific instructions as Jockey Suraj Narredu had ridden this horse in the mock race;

b) The horse had sustained a cannon bone fracture during its previous start, subsequently, it was certified fit to run;

c) The horse may have not liked the hard going.

The Jockey while corroborating the statements of the trainer added that his mount lacked the experience.

Their explanations were noted for future reference.

PROMISEOFTHEFUTURE (Suraj Narredu) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

MAZAL TOV (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced the horses viz; ART GALLERY (S.K.Paswan) and ROMAN SPIRIT (A. Sandesh) on its inside soon after the start.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of MAZAL TOV reported that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination it was found to have sustained bleeding injury on left gaskin and bit sore on left oral commissure. Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again.

MISTER BROWN (L. Alex Rozario) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Irfan Ghatala was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

It was observed that SPRINGSTEEN (S.J. Moulin) drifted out under pressure in the final 150 Metres.
