Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of MEGA SUCCESS was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to AIR BLAST (Inayat) on his inside soon after the start.

Jockey Arvind Kumar. N, the rider of AKASI was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz; CHIRAAG (Afsar) and AIR BLAST (Inayat) while negotiating the final bend.

Jockey Afsar, the rider of CHIRAAG reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 350 Meters.

It was observed that INFINITE SPIRIT (Faizan Khan) drifted out under pressure in the final 200 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of SACRED CREATOR was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the excessive use of whip by Jockey Koshi Kumar on his mount SLING SHOT (3rd infringement) in the above race, thereby Contravening the B.T.C Calendar Notification under the heading “USE OF WHIP”.

“In that:

(i) (a) He has used the whip in excess in the above race on his mount SLING SHOT, this being the 3rd offence during the season;

(b) He had used the whip in excess in Race No.54 of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2024 on his mount SLING SHOT that being the (1st offence) during the race;

(c) He had used the whip in excess in Race No.83 of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2024 on his mount PRINCESS JASMINE that being the (2nd offence) during the race.

The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey Koshi Kumar and after viewing the CCTV replay of the races in question decided to suspend the Jockeys licence granted to him for the first two (2) race days of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2024-25 for contravening Calendar Notification under the heading “USE OF WHIP” on his mount SLING SHOT (he is permitted to ride work).

(ii) He was informed of his right to appeal.

DR ASH (L. Alex Rozario) ran detached from the start till about 400 Metres.

YANNICK (Antony Raj S.) sustained superficial injury on left hind cannon and pulled up its left testicle during the race.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Narredu to withdraw IMMORTAL BEAUTY from the above race.

As Jockey Rayan Ahmed . R was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to declare Jockey Vinod Shinde to ride DEBONAIR in the above race.

In a closely packed filed Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of SUPERCHARGE had to steady his mount, in the process he inconvenienced the horses on his inside viz; SCHAFENBERG (Koshi Kumar) and EMBOSOM (Shreyas Singh S) approaching 900 Metres.

It was reported after the race that SELHURST PARK (A.R.Pradeep) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Pradeep Annaiah was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

DEBONAIR (Vinod Shinde) sustained superficial injury on right hock.

Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar, the rider of KING'S BATTALION reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. Trainer Mr.Fahad Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of CONSTABLE was fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to SUPER MARVELLA (Shreyas Singh S) on his inside passing the 350 Metres.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath to withdraw ALL ATTRACTIVE (Shreyas Singh S) from the above race.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK reported that his mount was hanging ’in’ in the final 250 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sustained superficial injury on right nostril.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Laxman Singh to withdraw DUKE OF TUSCANY (C. S. Jodha) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be laceration on right neck. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

EXCELLENT LASS (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced GOLDEN THUNDER (Antony Raj S.) soon after the start.

NYX (S.J. Moulin) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced ELFIN KNIGHT (Neeraj Rawal) soon after the start.

It was observed that ELFIN KNIGHT (Neeraj Rawal) accidentally stumbled approaching 1600 Metres.

Jockey S. Saqlain, the rider of SANTISSIMO was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to AMAZING RULER (A. Sandesh) on his outside passing the 350 Metres.

PERSIAN ROCK (A.Ashhad Asbar) ran detached from the field. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr.Fahad Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of POSITANO was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of AMAZING RULER was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

It was reported after the race that THE PANTHER (Vivek.G) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. P. Shroff was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

POSITANO (Akshay Kumar) sustained superficial injury on right hind tendon.

INVINCIBLE (Kiran Rai P) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V. was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

CHISOX (Inayat) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced FAST RESPONSE (Koshi Kumar) soon after the start.

INVINCIBLE (Kiran Rai P) sustained superficial cut injury on right nostril.

SEKHMET (Vinod Shinde) planted, lost many lengths at the start and ran detached thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Kishan Thomas. K was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of AQUAMATIC reported that his saddle shifted back after entering the straight. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr.Azhar Ali was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.

Jockey Siddaraju.P, the rider of GOLDEN TIME reported that his mount brushed the right side of the gates while jumping out, whereby his right stirrup broke and he had to ride without right stirrup and removed his left leg from the left stirrup passing the 450 Metres, as such he could not offer any assistance to his mount throughout the race.

Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of KALLU SAKKARE was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

AHERNE (Antony Raj S.) sustained superficial injury on left hind cannon.

SEKHMET (Vinod Shinde) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
