Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Darius R. Byramji to withdraw PALMA (C.Umesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have tendinitis on right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of PROKOFIEV reported that his mount was hanging "in" in the final 200 meters. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

As Jockey P. Sai Kumar could not arrive in time to fulfill his riding engagement [flight cancelled] and as there was no suitable substitute rider available. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Joseph B. Awale to withdraw EXTRAORDINARY from the above race.

Trainer Mr.S. Ganapathy was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge SOUTHERN DYNASTY (Md Ashraf Reza ) (1st infringement).
Jockey D. Patel, the rider of VAYU was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

DR. COLCHESTER (Salman Khan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

It was reported after the race that SOUTHERN DYNASTY(Md Ashraf Reza) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. S.Shoban Babu was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge THE KING N I (R. Robert) (1st infringement).

Jockey Laxman Singh, the rider of THE PERFECT CHOICE was reprimanded for not improving his position from the start till about 700 meters.

Jockey Laxman Singh, the rider of THE PERFECT CHOICE was fined Rs. 1,000/- for travelling wide from the 500 meters for no apparent reason.

Jockey A. Prakash, the rider of THE FLYING FEET reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr.Santosh Rao S. was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

TRIPITAKA (Arvind Kumar. N) sustained superficial injury on right fore coronet.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NEVER GIVE IN.

DON CARLOS (P. Trevor) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of REGAL ARISTOCRACY was reprimanded for shifting "in" and inconveniencing THE GREY GERANIUM (Shreyas Singh S) on his inside before passing the red marker post.

Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of ROCK BANK was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and taking out THE GREY GERANIUM (Shreyas Singh S), which in turn passed it onto PROMISEOFTHEFUTURE (Suraj Narredu) on his outside passing the 400 meters.

Jockey Shreyas Singh S, the rider of THE GREY GERANIUM was reprimanded for shifting "in" and inconveniencing KRYSTALLOS (C.Umesh) on his inside passing 200 meters.

AQUAMATIC (Arvind Kumar. N) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK reported that his mount was hanging 'in' from the 600 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of STAR GLORY reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 300 Meters.

Compulsory blood sample was taken for analysis from the Ist Placed horse i.e., b h SIEGE COURAGEOUS. However, the urine sample was abandoned at 6:15 P.M. as the horse did not urinate.

Jockey C.Umesh, the rider of BALMORAL reported that his mount was inclined to run out passing the 1800 meters.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of REGAL REALITY reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 100 meters. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Compulsory urine and blood samples were taken for analysis from the following I,II & III placed horses viz:

DAYS DATE (Pavan) ducked out from the front barrier and the saddle had shifted back totally. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order.

It was observed that ADITYA (Angad) was inclined to run out between the 800 meters to 600 meters.

Jockey S. Hussain, the rider of ARCTIC reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
 
An enquiry is being held into the improved performance of ADITYA, trained by Mr. Warren Singh and ridden by Jockey Angad in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 57. The Tetrarch Plate - (About) 1100 Metres, Horses rated 20 to 45, run on 13th December, 2024 wherein it ran unplaced.

Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b m CHINKY PINKY. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ADITYA.

It was observed that Jockey Anish Anamo Hangal, the rider of ULTIMATE STRIKER had lost his stirrups approaching 1000 meters which he regained passing the 700 meters.
Jockey Anish Anamo Hangal, the rider of ULTIMATE STRIKER was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and taking out ELVEDEN (S. Hussain), which in turn passed it onto AMAZING STRIDE (Mukesh Kumar (Hyd)) on his outside approaching 600 Metres.

Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of PRICELESS PRINCE was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing ULTIMATE STRIKER (Anish Anamo Hangal) on his outside approaching 475 Metres.

An enquiry was held on 05th January, 2025 by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey S.Hussain, the rider of ELVEDEN in the above race. “In that he shifted “in” and caused severe interference to ULTIMATE STRIKER (Anish Anamo Hangal) on his inside passing the 450 Metres, whereby Jockey Anish Anamo Hangal was dislodged from his mount”.

Jockey S.Hussain was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey S.Hussain and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey S.Hussain for Dangerous Riding.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey S.Hussain for four (4) race days of BWM 2024-25 i.e., 18/01/2025, 25/01/2025, 26/01/2025 & 31/01/2025 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Dangerous Riding on his mount ELVEDEN (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

DIVINE PROTECTOR (Angad) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (on Endoscopy Grade - IV). Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ULTIMATE STRIKER (Anish Anamo Hangal) was examined by the Club's Veterinary Officer immediately after the race and was found to have sustained an irreparable fracture of left shoulder (scapula). Hence, it was euthanized.

An enquiry is being held into the improved performance of TRUE PUNCH, trained by Mr. M. Rajendra Singh and ridden by Jockey Gaurav Singh in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 57, The Tetrarch Plate - (About) 1100 metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, run on 13th December, 2024 wherein it ran unplaced.
