Jockey S Zervan, the rider of PACIFIC DUNES reported that passing 250 metres Jockey Deepak Singh's(CITY OF SAILS ) whip came in contact with his whip whereby he lost his whip. The incident being accidental no action was initiated. Further Jockey S.Zervan,the rider of PACIFIC DUNES was severely cautioned for dropping his hands before passing the post.

BIG TREASURE (P Sai Kumar) and POPPY (Janardhan Paswan)  jumped awkwardly outwards as the start  was affected.

SAY MY NAME (C A Brisson) jumped awkwardly and was slow to start losing about 2 lengths.

ROSES IN MY DREAMS (M Bhaskar) was observed to run erratic in the straight and was asked to be examined by the Veterinary Officer who reported that no abnormalities were found. Trainer R.Karthik was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting with it.

Trainer R. Foley was questioned regarding the inconsistent performance of his charge COMANCHE BRAVE (Nakhat Singh) as compared to his two previous runs wherein he won Race no. 8,thereafter in Race No.54 a week ago finished second last and today came out and won. Trainer stated that in the previous race the going was soft which may not have suited his charge and the distance in this race was a furlong more;he further stated that he wanted to see whether his charge would do well for the future graded races and therefore he entered his charge in this race. Trainer R.Foley was informed that such inconsistent running and winning in a short span of time is not acceptable and he was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- for inconsistent running of his charge COMANCHE BRAVE (Nakhat Singh) and cautioned for future.

Trainer K.S.Mandanna was permitted to saddle SALWOOD (B. Nikhil)  on behalf of Trainer M. M. Uthaiah at both Trainer's risk and liability.

HENRIETTA (S Zervan) drawn 3 jumped awkwardly outward and BLUE BLISS (Akshay Kumar) drawn 9 jumped awkwardly inwards crowding the field in between,the worst affected was BADEN BADEN (A M Alam). The incident being accidental no action was initiated.

CLASSIC SOLITAIRE (Shahar Babu) jumped awkwardly and threw its head up as the start was affected losing about 3 lengths thereafter trailed the field and was asked to be examined by the veterinary officer who reported that the horse returned lame on right fore during the race, further the horse suffered from EIPH during the race. Trainer Saddam Iqbal was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.

IMPERIAL EMPRESS (Nakhat Singh) was slow to start losing about 2 lengths.

PACIFIC (S Zervan) took a fly jump as the start was affected.

Trainer K.S.Mandanna was permitted to saddle SPRIT OF ZION (K V Baskar)  on behalf of Trainer M. M. Uthaiah at both Trainer's risk and liability.

DAYDREAMER (M.Carim) jumped awkwardly inwards as the start was affected causing a check to SPIRIT OF ZION (K.V.Baskar) who lost about 3 lengths in the process, 
DAYDREMER was fractious while being stalled and was rearing up in the stalls and hence was asked to be shown at the gates to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting with it.

SONG OF GLORY (C Umesh) was slow to start losing about a length or two.

Trainer K.S.Mandanna was permitted to saddle EXCELLANZA (A Ayaz Khan) on behalf of Trainer M. M. Uthaiah at both Trainer's risk and liability.

Jockey Nakhat Singh, the rider of LORD OF KINGS was cautioned for not making sufficient efforts in controlling his mount;shifitng out passing the 800 meters forcing out  STAR GLITTER (Md Asif Khan); therafter the gelding was inclined to hang in negotiaiting the final bend inconveniencing ONYX (Yash Narredu) despite jockeys efforts.

In the final stages of the race STAR GLITTER (Md Asif Khan) was denied a clear run due to the front runners.

An enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of UP AND AT THEM ridden by Jockey N.Murugan and trained by Mr.J. Sebastian.

Trainer K.S.Mandanna was permitted to saddle MERCURY FALMANTE (Shahar Babu) on behalf of Trainer M. M. Uthaiah at both Trainer's risk and liability.

STAR WAVES (Akshay Kumar) jumped awkwardly inwards onto MERCURY FALMANTE (Shahar Babu).

AMAZING STAR (Md  Farhan Alam) was slow to start losing about 2 to 3 lengths.

BE MY STAR (M.Carim) was slow to start losing about 2 to 3 lengths; thereafter trailed the field MERCURY FALMANTE (Shahar Babu) jumped awkwardly, thereafter drfited wide out negotiating the final bend despite jockey's efforts. Trainer K.S.Mandanna deputising for Trainer M.M.Uthaiah was asked to show the mare in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting with it.

Jockey C Umesh, the rider of GLORIOUS NISSY was questioned regarding his riding in the final stages of the race wherein he had not ridden out his mount due to which he lost 2nd and 3rd place and finished 4th;Jockey stated that in the final stages he had anticipated STAR WAVES (Akshay Kumar) may shift in therefore he had eased his mount;Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey C Umesh, the rider of GLORIOUS NISSY was fined a sum of Rs.15,000/- for not persevering with his mount in the final stages of the race due to which he lost better placing.
