Racing Incidents
The Club's Veterinary Officer reported after the race that GLORIOUS EVENSONG (Inayat )was found to have laryngeal abnormalities(ILH-gr2) on endoscopic examination as reported earlier. An Objection was lodged by Jockey Sah Farid Ansari, the rider of ROYAL SUPREMACY placed 4th by the Judge against Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of RINELLO placed 2nd by the judge for "Last 150 metres,rider of Horse no 3 RINELLO (Koshi Kumar) came in sharply whereby I have to stop riding if not whereby I would have won the race. My horse was full gallop".The Stewards interviewed both the Jockeys and after viewing the CCTV replay of the races several times decided to overrule the objection and the order of placings remained the same as declared by the Judge. Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of RINELLO was fined Rs 5000/- for dangerous riding and for improper use of whip, for shifting in and causing interference to ABILITARE (M.S.Deora) and ROYAL SUPREMACY (Sah Farid Ansari) in the last furlong of the race. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner SENSATIONS (K V Baskar). No of Races:6 No of Runners:67
