Trainer Ajith Kumar V was questioned regarding the  perfomance of MADUVA THALAIVI ( App Jitendra Singh) winner, compared to her previous run where she  finished last TheTrainer stated after her previous run,Jockey advised him to run in shorter distance which suited and also he had a  5 kilo apprentice to ride this race .When asked why he choose to run  seven furlong and then five and half furlong  within a short span  ie  between 15/2/25 and 20/2/25, the Trainer did not have a plausible answer.Trainer Ajith Kumar V  was severely warned to be more careful and ensure that his charge race more consistently in future

Permission was granted to Trainer Ajith Kumar V to deputise on behalf of Trainer Fahad Khan for MARQUITA (Ram Nandan Manjhi) and BLACK LABEL (C Umesh) at both trainers risk and responsibility.

During routine veterinary examination on 07/03/25 at 5.17 pm,AIR MARSHALL (Dharshan Antony) was suffering from fever. and was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.Trainer Ajith Kumar V was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting next with.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner MADUVA THALAIVI (App Jitendra Singh).

ASTA (App Jitendra Singh)was "hanging in" in the final 300 metres. ASTA (App Jitendra Singh)burst its blood vessel (EIPH )during the race.This being 2nd time in the current  season.Trainer B.Suresh was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting next with.
 
 Permission was granted to Trainer Ajith Kumar V to deputise on behalf of Trainer Fahad Khan for SUPER STRIDE (Sah Farid Ansari) and MISS MUSTANG (Ram Nandan Manjhi) at both trainers risk and responsibility.

Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of DAKSHIN VIJAY reported that he was denied  a clear run in the last 250 metres.

During routine veterinary examination on 09/03/2024 at 9.00 am EVERWIN (A S .Peter) was trotting lame on Right fore.Trainer J.Sebastian was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting next with.  

Jockey M.S.Deora, the rider of PRINCESS O STAR reported that his filly was running out entering the straight.

The Club's Veterinary Officer reported after the race that  MISS MUSTANG (Ram Nandan Manjhi)  returned lame on Right fore.Trainer Fahad Khan was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting next with.

Trainer J.Sebastian was fined Rs 2000/- for having failed  tp produce the declared racing colours in respect of his charge RED PENCILE (S Kabdhar).RED PENCILE (S Kabdhar) ran in emergency colours  "ALL BLACK"

The Club's Veterinary Officer was asked to examine ASTA (App Jitendra Singh) and RED PENCILE (S Kabdhar) who reported after the race that RED PENCILE (S Kabdhar)was suffering from sore back.Trainer J.Sebastian was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting next with.

Two objections were lodged in this race.

The first objection was lodged  by Jockey M.S.Deora, the rider of PRESENT SIR placed 5th by the Judge against Jockey  C A Brisson, the rider of ELSA , placed 3rd by the Judge for " Around 150 metres C A Brisson, ELSA  came on to me .I need to check the horse completely and broke his strides or else would have run much better race".

The  Stewards interviewed Jockeys C A Brisson, M.S.Deora, and Inayat . After viewing the CCTV replay of the race several times decided to overrule the objection and the order of placings remained the same as declared by the Judge.

The second objection was lodged by Jockey C A Brisson, the rider of ELSA placed 3rd by the judge against Jockey Inayat , the rider of ALBANNY placed 2nd by the judge for " Last 100 metres ALBANNY interfered badly by which i got unbalanced which costed me my second place in the race".The Stewards interviewed  the Jockeys C A Brisson and Inayat, and after viewing the CCTV replay of the race several times decided to uphold the second objection  and revised the order of placings as below:

4 SIMOLA                                (C Umesh)            -           1st

7 ELSA                                    (C A Brisson)      -              2nd

5 ALBANNY                               (Inayat )            -               3rd

3 RACING LEGEND                 (A S .Peter)      -                 4th

The Stewards at their meeting after the last race,considered the submissions made by Jockey Inayat.After viewing the video recording of the race no 215,not satisfied with the explanation ,where he came in sharply and hampered ELSA (C A Brisson)  on his inside, who in turn went on to PRESENT SIR (M.S.Deora) who was on the rails. The Stewards of the Club deliberated the matter along with the Chief Stipendiary Steward and decided to charge Jockey Inayat for Dangerous riding on his mount ALBANNY, and decided to  suspend Jockey Inayat's licence for two race days of the current Madras Racing Season 2024-2025 ie Sunday,16th March 2025  and Sunday 23rd March 2025.

Jockey S Kabdhar, the rider of KINGS WALK was fined Rs 5000/- riding an injudicious race,also  not exercising proper control on his mount and allowing his horse to shift twice during the race without a reason.

Permission was granted to Trainer Ajith Kumar V to deputise on behalf of Trainer Fahad Khan for CONSTANT VARIABLE (C Umesh) and RAFFINATO (M.S.Deora)at both trainers risk and responsibility.

Permission was granted to Trainer Saddam Iqbal to deputise on behalf of Trainer Deepesh 

Narredu for ASPIRA (Yash Narredu) at both trainers risk and responsibility.

RAFFINATO (M.S.Deora) lost his left hind shoe during the race.

CELESTE (Inayat ) took no part in the race .Advised 2 mock races.

The  saddle of RUBIROSA ( App Ritesh Gochhi) got shifted and hence was  permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starters order.

Jockey Sah Farid Ansari, the rider of SANTAMARINA STAR reported that he got interfered from LARADO (Hindu Singh, drawn -5).

Apprentice Jockey Jitendra Singh,  rider of DEAR LADY  reported that he got interfered by BOHEMIAN STAR (M.S.Deora, drawn -1).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner BOMBER JET (Shreyas Singh).

Permission was granted to Trainer Ajith Kumar V to deputise on behalf of Trainer Fahad Khan for WAR EMBLEM (M.S.Deora) at both trainers risk and responsibility Jockey M.S.Deora, the rider of WAR EMBLEM was fined Rs 3000/- for excessive use of  his whip(2nd Offence).
